Работа по проекту началась летом 2025 года.
ARGA направила более 100 новых обращений в Офис Прокурора Южного округа Нью-Йорка по пострадавшим от AirBit Club. Эти обращения дополнили 300 ранее направленных досье.
Позже были подготовлены дополнительные обращения в ключевые органы США, включая Department of Justice, MLARS, U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York и другие структуры.

К марту 2026 года была сформирована группа из 508 доверителей. По каждому были заключены соглашения и собраны доказательства.

В апреле 2026 года RCB Fund Services, LLC уведомил ARGA о запуске программы выплат пострадавшим от AirBit Club.
Текущий статус
После более чем 11 месяцев работы ARGA завершила формирование внутреннего регламента сопровождения доверителей в рамках официального процесса компенсации Министерства юстиции США по делу AirBit Club.
На сегодняшний день:
— сформирован массив доверителей;
— систематизированы досье;
— выстроена структура подачи;
— распределены команды сопровождения;
— начинается этап ручной верификации и подготовки заявок.
Работа ведётся не «издалека» и не только в формате переписки. ARGA заранее выстраивала американский контур сопровождения, включая ARGA USA, операционные возможности для работы с процедурами США, проверками, документами и международными выплатами.
Представители ARGA также участвовали в рамках публичных слушаний USTR по Section 301, проходивших в U.S. International Trade Commission в Вашингтоне.
Что происходит сейчас
Каждый доверитель будет проходить отдельную проверку досье и подготовку заявки.
Если по конкретному досье не будет хватать доказательств, команда будет
отдельно связываться с доверителем и запрашивать дополнительные материалы.
Это может касаться:
— банковских документов;
— подтверждений переводов;
— crypto transaction IDs;
— данных кошельков;
— переписки;
— account statements;
— иных подтверждений связи с AirBit Club и понесённым ущербом.
Что требуется от доверителей
Просим всех доверителей:
— следить за обновлениями в этом канале;
— регулярно проверять email, Telegram и другие мессенджеры;
— оперативно отвечать на личные сообщения команды;
— быть готовыми отвечать на вопросы, которые будут публиковаться здесь;
— не отправлять документы хаотично в общий канал;

ARGA submitted more than 100 new victim-related submissions concerning individuals affected by AirBit Club to the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. These submissions supplemented more than 300 previously prepared case files.
Additional communications were subsequently prepared and sent to key U.S. authorities, including the Department of Justice (DOJ), MLARS, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, and other relevant institutions.
The project expanded into the United States through ARGA Solution USA, ARGA’s registered U.S. entity.
By March 2026, a group of 508 participants had been formed. Documentation and supporting evidence were collected and organized for each participant.
The information was subsequently transmitted to the United States Department of Justice and to RCB Fund Services, LLC, the administrator of the AirBit Victim Fund.
In April 2026, RCB Fund Services, LLC notified ARGA about the launch of the compensation program for AirBit Club victims.
Current Status
After more than 11 months of work, ARGA has completed the development of its internal framework for supporting participants throughout the official compensation process established by the U.S. Department of Justice in connection with the AirBit Club matter.
At this stage:
• The participant database has been formed;
• Case files have been organized and systematized;
• The submission structure has been established;
• Support teams have been assigned;
• The manual verification and petition preparation phase is beginning.
This work is not being conducted solely through correspondence. ARGA has spent considerable time developing a U.S.-based operational framework through ARGA Solution USA, including capabilities related to U.S. procedures, documentation, compliance reviews, and international distributions.
ARGA representatives also participated in public hearings conducted by the Office of the United States Trade Representative (USTR) regarding Section 301 proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission in Washington, D.C.
What Is Happening Now
Each participant will undergo an individual dossier review and petition preparation process.
If additional supporting evidence is required for a particular dossier, the team will contact the participant directly and request supplementary materials.
This may include:
• Bank records;
• Proof of transfers;
• Cryptocurrency transaction IDs;
• Wallet information;
• Correspondence and communications;
• Account statements;
• Other evidence demonstrating involvement with AirBit Club and the resulting financial loss.

Важное обновление по делу AirBit Club
Мы хотим сообщить, что по группе заявителей, которые уже передали
документы и подтвердили участие в процессе, был подан первый этап заявок в рамках американской процедуры компенсаций по делу AirBit Club.
Это важный практический шаг.
Процесс, о котором долго говорили как о будущей возможности, перешёл в реальную рабочую стадию: документы сформированы, материалы систематизированы, первичный этап подачи начат.
Дополнительно в ходе работы была найдена и согласована возможность упростить порядок подачи заявок для пострадавших. Это должно помочь тем, кто ещё не успел подготовить материалы или откладывал участие в процедуре.
Поэтому сейчас особенно важно не затягивать.
Если вы пострадали от AirBit Club, но ещё не передали документы и не вошли в процесс, сейчас подходящий момент, чтобы это сделать.
Участие в процедуре требует подтверждения статуса потерпевшего, подготовки данных, документов, транзакций и иной информации, которая может подтвердить ваше требование.
Те, кто уже подал материалы, фактически находятся на следующем этапе движения по делу.
Тем, кто ещё не подал, важно понимать: компенсационный процесс в США
развивается, и ждать “идеального момента” может быть не лучшей
стратегией.
ARGA продолжает сопровождать группу пострадавших, работать с материалами заявителей и помогать пройти процедуру максимально организованно.

Important Update Regarding the AirBit Club Case
We would like to inform you that, for the group of claimants who have
already submitted their documents and confirmed their participation in
the process, the first stage of applications has been submitted as part
of the U.S. compensation procedure related to the AirBit Club case.
This is an important practical step.
The process, which had long been discussed as a future opportunity, has now moved into an active working stage: the documents have been prepared,
the materials have been organized, and the initial stage of submission
has begun.
In addition, during the course of our work, an opportunity was identified and agreed upon to simplify the application process for victims. This should help those who have not yet had time to prepare their materials or who have postponed their participation in the procedure.
For this reason, it is especially important not to delay.
If you were affected by AirBit Club but have not yet submitted your
documents or joined the process, now is the right time to do so.
Participation in the procedure requires confirmation of victim status, preparation of personal information, documents, transaction details, and any other
information that may support your claim.
Those who have already submitted their materials are effectively moving to the next stage of the case.
