Mollie Engelhart is a trailblazer in regenerative farming and health freedom advocacy. As a mother of five, she shares her journey from running Sage Vegan Bistro to transforming it into Sage: A Regenerative Kitchen, incorporating regenerative meat and dairy while eliminating seed oils. In this diverse conversation, we discuss the misinformation surrounding “geriatric” pregnancies and medicalized births, drawing from Mollie’s experience of delivering three children at home. Her dedication to natural living and providing healthy food through her regenerative farm is truly inspiring.

Mollie also reveals the challenges she faced when the value of her business, once worth $25 million, took massive hits due to California lockdowns and her shift from a vegan-only restaurant. Our conversation explores the pitfalls of veganism as an ideology, the reality of death in all food processes, and the critical role of men in society. Mollie’s personal stories emphasize that what we think we want is not always what’s best for us. Her insights into the power of nature and her relationship with God offer a refreshing perspective on holistic living. This episode is a must-listen for anyone passionate about health, freedom, and sustainable living.

In my 20 years involved in personal development, I've often observed that some (not all of course) individuals who identify as "spiritual" tend to believe they are more evolved than they actually are. This belief can stem from an overreliance on spiritual principles as a way to avoid or bypass deeper psychological work.

From my perspective, these individuals often use spiritual concepts to mask a dysregulated nervous system and a limited understanding of both intrapersonal and interpersonal psychology, leading to a disconnect between their perceived and actual level of growth. It's important to recognize that true personal development requires integrating spiritual insights with a solid foundation in psychological and emotional well-being.

I encourage you to reflect on your own journey...Are you truly integrating your spiritual beliefs with deep inner work, or are there areas where you might be bypassing essential elements for your continued growth?

In our opinion, this is one of the most important conversations we’ve ever had.

Nash, a leading Australian Breakthrough Coach, shares his deeply personal story of losing both of his siblings within a very short period of time. Rather than succumbing to despair, Nash channelled his grief into extraordinary growth, setting a world record to raise awareness about the importance of checking in with loved ones.

He delves into navigating death in a death-phobic culture, offering insights into finding courage and purpose even in the darkest of times.

Joel also shares a personal story of his family’s miscarriage experience, leading to a meaningful discussion on finding the silver lining in death and reframing it as an opportunity for balance and growth.

Through this conversation, listeners are invited to explore how resilience, perspective, and a commitment to personal mastery can transform even the most profound loss into a path toward healing and strength.
