Recover deleted one on one chats resolving the issue "How do I recover my deleted chat".

- You can set a timer for trash, recover or delete all chats or specific chats, and set to delete for both or just you.

- Users get no notifications if you trash their chat and you won't get notifications if they continue using the chat.
