In Northwestern Pakistan, the town of Darra Adam Khel became known as one of the largest gun bazaars in the world. For decades, local craftsmen have produced handmade copies of everything from pistols to machine guns using basic tools and small workshops.
Many of the weapons are built by hand from scrap metal, often without formal blueprints, yet are capable of closely replicating original designs. the town's economy has long been centered around this trade, supplying buyers from across the region.
It remains one of the most unusual arms markets in the world.
