Namennayo, also known as Nameneko (), is a brand of cat photography founded in the early 1980s by Japanese photographer, Satoru Tsuda. Tsuda's photographs feature living cats dressed in miniature clothing and arranged in adorable cat-sized dioramas. The first Namennayo pictures showed the kittens participating in typical juvenile delinquent behavior, including smoking in school bathrooms, rolling out in motorcycle gangs, and playing in high-stakes battle of the bands tournaments. The kittens were modeled after typical teenage rebels and the name "Namenayo" means "Don't lick me!" But can be taken to mean "don't mess with me!"

Sunset over the completely destroyed city of Rafah in the Gaza Strip. An image taken by an Israeli soldier last week.

Wikipedia has Rafah in the past tense, almost 200,000 people displaced from this city alone and tens of thousands dead or missing.

In most countries, cigarette packaging is made ugly with plain packaging laws and graphic health images to discourage smoking but China's packaging does the opposite turning them into something prestigious. A big reason for this is in Chinese culture cigarettes are something giftable and hold status.
