We have completed the first raise on our Primary Issuance Platform in collaboration with DLA Piper as part of FCA Sandbox Cohort 6.

The oversubscribed round of $1.5m was conducted for our recently announced subsidiary @montisdigital, which is building blockchain-based market infrastructure for the post-trade ecosystem.
