The Ganjdara (River of Treasure) spur valley south of Ziddi - September 2022. Roughly a 1.5+hr drive from Dushanbe when the roads are clear of snow.

Iskandarkul (Alexander's Lake) looking amazing this week with a thin covering of ice in places! Just a 3 hour drive from Dushanbe it's possible to do a day trip, but even better to stay up there and enjoy some of the stunning hiking in the Saratoq Valley to the west!
