Corporate Governance (ကုမ္ပဏီအုပ်ချုပ်မှု) ဆိုတာ BOD တစ်ခုလုံးကို ဘယ်လို စီမံခန့်ခွဲတယ်၊ ဘယ်လိုအုပ်ချုပ်တယ်ဆိုတဲ့ စနစ် (System) နဲ့ ပတ်သက်တယ်။
