Parent က ဘာလို့ Subsidiray ကပိုင်တဲ့ customer list တွေကိုပါ FV သတ်မှတ်ရတာလဲ ?
Parent က ဈေးပိုပေးပြီး ဝယ်ချင်တာ (Fair Value အများကြီး ထွက်တာ) က customer တွေ ဆက်လာဝယ်ဦးမယ်ဆိုတဲ့ Relationship (သစ္စာရှိမှု) ကြောင့် ဈေးပိုပေးရတာ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ဒါကြောင့် Valuation လုပ်တဲ့အခါ Relationship ကို အဓိကထားပြီး တန်ဖိုးဖြတ်ကြတာပါ။
IAS 38 (Intangible Assets): ကိုယ့်ဘာသာ တည်ဆောက်ထားတဲ့ ဖောက်သည်စာရင်း (Internally generated) ကို ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ Financial Statements မှာ Asset အဖြစ် ပြခွင့် လုံးဝ မရှိပါဘူး။ ဒါပေမယ့် Parent က လာဝယ်တဲ့ အချိန် (Acquired in a business combination) မှာတော့ အဲ့ဒီ Customer Relationship ကို Asset အဖြစ် အသိအမှတ်ပြုခွင့် ရှိသွားပါပြီ။
IFRS 13 (Fair Value Measurement): အဲ့ဒီ ဖောက်သည်စာရင်းကို တန်ဖိုးဖြတ်တဲ့အခါ - အနာဂတ်မှာ ရလာမယ့် အမြတ်ငွေတွေကို တွက်တဲ့ "Income Approach" ဒါမှမဟုတ် အသစ်ပြန်ရှာရင် ဘယ်လောက်ကုန်မလဲ တွက်တဲ့ "Cost Approach" စတဲ့ နည်းလမ်းတွေကို အသုံးပြုပြီး တိုင်းတာ (Measure) ရပါတယ်။
