Finance Assistant - (1) Post (1 year contractor)
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in processing bookkeeping and management accounting deliverables
Prepare draft statutory financial statements for EY country teams
Prepare roll-forward standard information request and compliance calendar
Validate data for global statutory reporting and tax compliance engagements
Perform high-level review of tax summary reconciliation for EY country teams
Coordinate the delivery of compliance services by EY teams in the region
Actively establish, maintain and strengthen relationships both internally within the EY network and externally with clients
Job Requirements
Degree in Accounting
2-3 years of relevant practical finance and accounting, and statutory reporting experience
Good English communication skills (both written and verbal)
Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft office applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Office Hour - 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Office Location - 20th Floor, Junction City office tower, Bogyoke Aung San Road, Pabedan Township, Yangon

"PED = 1 (Unit Elasticity) ဆိုတာ ဘယ်လို Product မျိုးလဲ?"
အတိုချုပ်အဖြေ: Unit Elasticity ဆိုတာက "Product အမျိုးအစား (Type of Product)" တစ်ခုကို ရည်ညွှန်းတာ မဟုတ်ပါဘူး။ (ဥပမာ- "Inferior Good" (အន់တန်းစားပစ္စည်း) ဒါမှမဟုတ် "Luxury Good" (ဇိမ်ခံပစ္စည်း) ဆိုတာမျိုး မဟုတ်ပါဘူး)။
သူက Demand Curve ပေါ်မှာရှိတဲ့ "သီအိုရီဆိုင်ရာ အမှတ် (Theoretical Point)" တစ်ခုကိုပဲ ရည်ညွှန်းတာဖြစ်ပါတယ်ဗျ။
၁။ PED = 1 ဆိုတာ ဘာကိုဆိုလိုတာလဲ? (The "Why")
PED = 1 (သို့မဟုတ် Unity) ဆိုတာက:
% Change in Quantity Demanded = % Change in Price (ဈေးနှုန်း ပြောင်းလဲတဲ့ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း) နဲ့ (ဝယ်လိုအား ပြောင်းလဲတဲ့ ရာခိုင်နှုန်း) က အတိအကျ "တူညီ" နေတာကို ဆိုလိုပါတယ်။
ဥပမာ: တီချယ်က ကော်ဖီတစ်ခွက်ကို ဈေးနှုန်း 10% တိုးလိုက်တယ် ($10 → $11)။
ရလဒ်: Customer တွေက ဝယ်လိုအားကို အတိအကျ 10% လျှော့ချလိုက်တယ် (၁၀၀ ခွက် → ၉၀ ခွက်)။
ဒီအမှတ်က Manager တစ်ယောက်ရဲ့ "စုစုပေါင်း ဝင်ငွေ (Total Revenue)" အတွက် "အမြင့်ဆုံး အမှတ် (Maximum Point)" ကို ပြနေလို့ပါပဲ။
Total Revenue = Price × Quantity
ဈေးမတက်ခင်: $10 × 100 ခွက် = $1,000
ဈေးတက်ပြီးနောက်: $11 × 90 ခွက် = $990 (Note: ဂဏန်းအတိအကျ တွက်ချက်မှုတွေမှာ ဒီလို နည်းနည်းကွာဟချက်ရှိတတ်ပေမယ့်၊ သီအိုရီအရတော့ ဈေးနှုန်းတက်လို့ ရလာတဲ့အမြတ် (%) နဲ့ အရေအတွက်ကျလို့ ရှုံးသွားတဲ့ (%) က အတိအကျတူညီတဲ့အတွက်၊ Total Revenue က "မပြောင်းလဲဘူး (Unchanged)" လို့ သတ်မှတ်ပါတယ်)
Elastic (PED > 1) ဖြစ်နေရင် (ဈေးနည်းနည်းလေးတက်တာနဲ့ လူတွေအများကြီးမဝယ်တော့ဘူး)၊ Manager က ဈေးလျှော့ရောင်းမှ ဝင်ငွေတိုးမှာပါ။
Inelastic (PED < 1) ဖြစ်နေရင် (ဈေးတက်တာကို လူတွေက ဂရုမစိုက်ဘဲ ဆက်ဝယ်တယ်)၊ Manager က ဈေးတင်ရောင်းမှ ဝင်ငွေတိုးမှာပါ။
Unit Elastic (PED = 1) ဖြစ်နေရင်၊ Manager က ဈေးတင်တင်၊ ဈေးလျှော့လျှော့၊ Total Revenue က ဒီထက်ပိုမလာတော့ပါဘူး။ ဒါက ဝင်ငွေ အမြင့်ဆုံးရနေတဲ့ "အကောင်းဆုံး ဈေးနှုန်း" အမှတ်ဖြစ်နေပါပြီ။
