Microsoft Edge for Android now supports extensions

Extensions can be enabled in the latest version of Microsoft Edge Canary browser as an experimental feature. To set this up, follow the instructions below.

Open the browser and type in edge://flags in the address bar. In the flags settings, search for "Android Extensions" or use the direct flag link: edge://flags/#edge-extensions-android.

Once done, just restart the app (open and close it). Please note that this feature is not available in the stable version of Edge, only in the Canary version linked below. You can find the extensions menu by clicking on "All menu".
