Asian Oceanian Society of Radiology Quality, Safety & Standards (AOSR QSS) Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) Survey
Calling all in Asia Oceania (all categories of staff in the radiology department are welcome to participate)
Healthcare-associated infections (HAI) are a significant public health problem impacting patients' morbidity, mortality, and quality of life in all nations, particularly in developing countries. For some years, standardised IPC guidelines have been considered important in the radiology department, initially mainly in interventional radiology. Still, the COVID-19 pandemic has shown that in addition to hospital-wide infection control policies, modality-specific (CT room, MR room, Ultrasound) policies are no less important.
AOSR would like to survey your facility's current IPC baseline and situation to identify strengths and gaps that can inform our plan to develop an AOSR Infection Control Policy. No particular person, institution or country/region/territory will be named in the survey report. Your answers will remain private and confidential.
Please help to circulate to all the institutions in your respective country/region/territory. More than one person from an institution can submit, as nurses, radiographers/radiological technologists, radiologists, radiation oncologists and other allied professionals are encouraged to participate in this survey.

Please submit all answers via email to office@aosr.kr by November 30 (Thu.), 2023.
The survey is also available in Japanese and Russian. The relevant respective member societies and countries/region/territory will also be sent these forms and Google Survey links in the respective translations. If you need them write to office@aosr.kr
