Protestul „Fără haos în legislația fiscală” nu este doar despre e-TVA și e-factura, este despre ignorarea instrumentelor democratice, despre nerespectarea legislației privind tehnica legislativă, transparența decizională și dialogul social, despre modificarea unei legi organice după pofta inimii cu un OUG publicat în 2 zile, fără consultare cu specialiștii, este despre digitalizarea care ne aglomereaza, nu ne elibereaza, este despre birocratizarea excesiva, despre amenzile colosale care apasa pe umerii nostri.

Noi, contabilii din Romania, prin mana carora trec TOTI banii acestei tari, stim ca evaziunea fiscala nu e in munca noastra, evaziunea nu e in hartii si nici in SPV! Evaziunea e acolo unde nu e nimic si ei stiu! Iar noi nu le mai inghitim minciunile si urgentele din notele de fundamentare din OUG-uri!
Munca noastra pazeste antreprenorii de amenzi, de obligatiile fata de toate institutiile publice!
Noi contabilii suntem cei care le explicam clientilor modificarile legislatine pe care nici noi nu le intelegem! De ei nu mai zic, nu au timp sa asimileze informatia. E prea mult! Prea des, prea scurt! Ajunge!

Vrem predictibilitate! Vrem sa ne facem treaba in liniste! Vrem preventie! Vrem sprijin! Vrem respect!

Fara haos in legislatia fiscala! Vrem predictibilitate!
