As a family, they have lived and ministered in Tonga, Uganda, Timor-Leste, United Kingdom, and Singapore. They worship at Victory Family Centre, where Shane serves as the Executive Missions Director 🔥

Louis and Chris Lau celebrated 30 years of church planting ministry in 🇯🇵 as OMF missionaries early this year.
At present, Louis is a Church Planting facilitator in Japan as well as dean of Asian Cross-Cultural Training Institute (ACTI).
Chris serves as the counsellor for OMF missionaries and the wider missionary community in Japan. She is also a trainer and lecturer as well as counselor at ACTI.
Both Louis and Chris minister to the homeless and the poor in Tokyo, a ministry that was started by them 10 years ago 🔥
They have two sons who grew up in Japan.

Our vision and heartbeat is for harvest workers to rise up and fulfill their God-given purposes for the work of reconciling the nations to God. (Revelation 7:9)
This is a shout out to all young men and women to journey with us to follow our Lord as His disciple, in His mission!
Over 7 sessions and ending with a mission trip, we will make space to lean in and experience God's love for us and the nations🙏🏻

Who will hear and obey? Let it be you, let it be me, let it be all of us who are alive at this unique point in history.
Today, on the first day of 2023, while one half of the world makes merry and the other live in poverty and violence, we ask you to take a moment and be still before the One who created you and who knows all about you.
In the quietness of your heart, we challenge you to say this pledge and dedicate yourself to live for a cause greater than your own private cares and concerns. There is so much more to life than your personal needs and issues. Ask for the fire of God to enlarge your spiritual vision and ignite your heart with His passion and compassion for the peoples of the world.
