Everything that is happening around us at the moment, what we read, see and hear every day, all the suffering, all the headlines, we absorb like a sponge.
It weighs on us.
We feel helpless and powerless, angry and tense.
And yet we do it to ourselves.
The truth is that we don't help anyone when we're broken and our nerves are hanging by a thread.
It's easier for us to fall into the traps that are set for us, to lose our temper more often, to say things that are of no use to anyone else except those who want to see us broken.
It's okay to set aside a certain amount of time to put the phone down.
To breathe
To take care of yourself and your loved ones, to slow down, to realize that there is so much worth being grateful for, being patient and keeping a cool head. to recharge your batteries.
It's not only okay, it's necessary.
Those who take care of themselves have the power to take care of others.

Scientists discovered hundreds of ancient earthworks which resemble those at Stonehenge, and were built in the Amazon rainforest.
These discoveries have been made due to modern deforestation of Amazon, which has allowed at least 450 earthworks to emerge from the undergrowth. They were discovered after scientists from the UK and Brazil flew drones over last year.
It's interesting to note that the format of these glyphs, with an outer ditch and inner wall enclosure are what classically describes henge sites.
This discovery reverses assumptions that the rainforest grounds have been untouched by humans.
Also, it appears that the same people that built the Stonehenge in England, have built these henges all around the world. White people have inhabited America long before the discovery of Christopher Columbus who was actually a member of Jesuits, which is Vatican's secret society.

In winter, our household quickly becomes a place where the air is warm, dry and stagnant. That's why I thought I'd bring you this simple technique that humidifies and purifies the air at the same time.
To do this, you need to put a handful of thorns from your favorite conifers in a cauldron of boiling water, then let the steam rise and spread through the house.
A rich and fragrant smell will take place! 🌲
If the resin sticks around the edge of the cauldron, I suggest you rub it with oil and then wash it with soap. The resin should come off.
