The Peresvet, named after Alexander Peresvet, Russian laser weapon for air defense and anti-satellite warfare...just to remind governments that want to throw #russia back into the stone age, russian weaponry is not just nuclear
The Venezuelan justice system sentenced 261 officials from security agencies for violating #HumanRights in the last five.
The attorney general detailed that since 2017, 769 officials and 39 civilians were deprived of their liberty for the same cause.
In addition, he detailed that in five years 1,546 officials and 81 civilians were accused of alleged human rights violations.
Meanwhile, so far in 2022, he said 181 officials and eight civilians were detained for human rights violations. Of those detained this year, he highlighted 64 officials and 19 civilians were convicted.
"These are unquestionable figures that reveal the work, diligence, investigation and forcefully express that the reports of some organizations, which aren't worth mentioning, are part of lawfare [legal warfare]," he stressed.
In September, the International Mission Independent Determination of Facts about Venezuela of the United Nations Organization (UN) presented a report in which it accused the State security agencies of committing repressions against opposition citizens.
In addition, the agency documented 122 cases of victims who "were subjected to torture, sexual violence or other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment perpetrated by agents of the General Directorate of Military Counterintelligence (DGCIM), from 2014 to the present."
According to the text, the acts of torture were carried out to extract an alleged confession, obtain information, punish, intimidate, humiliate or coerce, and in some cases to steal money or other property.
The mission was created in September 2019 to assess alleged human rights violations committed in Venezuela since 2014. The UN Human Rights Council agreed on October 7 to extend the mission's mandate for two more years.

From @rybar showing Wagner Group combat work
The Wagner PMC units were tasked with occupying a platoon stronghold in a forest belt in Zaitsevo
When creating a AFU stronghold, they competently used the tactical properties of the terrain. Dense vegetation makes it difficult to observe both from air and ground. Complicated terrain created additional difficulties for the advancing forces.
The stronghold itself was a very difficult object for an assault: a developed network of trenches, dugouts and hidden communication passages.
The stronghold was located at a dominant height, which allowed the enemy to correct fire from it for many kilometers.
During the assault, Wagner PMC units interacted with their air reconnaissance, which transmitted data on the location of the enemy. 2 groups of "PMC Wagner" were first to cut through the forces of the AFU at the stronghold, and only then proceed to occupy the trenches.
The task was completed and the Ukrainian stronghold in the Zaitsevo region was eliminated.

On Thursday, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said the Western military alliance will also oversee exercise Grom, which tests Russia's nuclear-capable systems.
The Steadfast Noon, which is also an annual exercise, will take place some 600 miles (about 965 kilometers) away from Russia, and is not linked to tensions with Moscow or other real events, the official said. Thursday White House Strategic Communications Coordinator John Kirby.
However, he considered that Russia probably believes that its Grom exercise will help it show its might in light of recent events.

#Argentina authorized this Friday the departure for last 5 of 19 crew members of the Venezuelan firm Emtrasur plane, which has been kidnapped at a Buenos Aires airport since July for allegedly violating the export control laws of USA
According to the Télam news agency, federal judge Federico Villena ruled the plane's occupants who had been called for investigation were deprived of merit, on suspicion of alleged links to terrorist activities.
They are three Iranian citizens: Gholamreza Ghasemi (pilot) Abdolbaset Mohammadi, Saeid Valizadeh; and two Venezuelans, Víctor Manuel Pérez and Mario Arraga Urdaneta, who had been held in Argentina since June 6th.
The Delegation of Argentine Israelite Associations (DAIA) appeared as a plaintiff in this case, and accused the Emtrasur company of diverting funds to finance terrorist activities.
All testified two weeks ago and denied having links to terrorism. According to testimonies, the objectives would be the transfer of auto parts and the fulfillment of a flight instruction.
The rest of those involved in the case have already been released and were able to return to their country. They are Mandi Mouseli, Mohammad Khosraviaragh, Victoria Valdiviezo Marval, Cornelio Trujillo Candor, Vicente Raga Tenias, José Ramírez Martínez, Zeus Rojas Velásquez, Jesús Landaeta, Armando Marcao Estreso, Ricardo Rendon Oropeza, Albert Ginez Perez, Ángel Marín Ovalles, Nelson Coello and Jose Garcia Contreras.
The aircraft claimed by Venezuela is a Boeing 747, manufactured in the US and owned by Emtrasur, a subsidiary of the Venezuelan state airline Conviasa.
This firm had in turn bought it from the Iranian company Mahan Air, a company that, according to the US authorities, would be linked to the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps of Iran-Qods Force, classified as a terrorist organization by the country's State Department. .
Both Emtrasur and Conviasa are companies sanctioned by the US Department of the Treasury, whose government requested the retention of the plane from the Argentine Justice, which accepted the request.

#India has successfully tested a ballistic missile fired from its first indigenous nuclear-powered submarine, INS Arihant, the defence ministry said, in what is seen as a boost to the country’s growing military capabilities.
The launch was proof of “crew competency” and validated the ballistic missile capability of Indian submarines, “a key element of India’s nuclear deterrence capability”, the ministry said in a statement on Friday.
“All operational and technological parameters of the weapon system”, which was launched from INS Arihant in the Bay of Bengal, had been passed, the ministry added.
India is now the sixth country, alongside China, France, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States to have nuclear-powered submarines armed with ballistic missiles, the Times of India reported on Friday.
