Comparing somewhere like Moore Street pre-Celtic Tiger to today shows how bad Dublin has gotten

It was a vibrant open-air fruit and vegetable market, being Dublin's oldest food market - which was full of native inner city Dublin traders who opened up shop there for generations. The street itself was a hotbed during the 1916 Rising where Patrick Pearse surrendered to British forces in one of its terraces.

Now today, it has an African wig shop, an internet café and no joke - it has over twenty - that's right 20 - phone repair shops crammed in, despite being only 240m in length.

And to add insult to this, they've been trying to demolish the whole area now since 1996. Loads of property developers are currently trying their best to get this area wrecked so they can probably build more hotels/apartments for migrants.

I, and campaigners and traders believe the street market is being run down deliberately in order to give reason to destroy it. There's no way its allowed to be this dreadful if not on purpose.

The big bad Irish far left being trolled by a Git........
This is the demonic woman who didn't identify as a woman but had a husband who called her his wife so I don't know how that works 🤷‍♂️ she tried and failed to ruin a free speech protest as she screamed to allow children to mutilate themselves. This is a spiritual war.

I successfully crossed the border into England yesterday evening after walking 162km through Wales after arriving into Holyhead on Monday morning and completing 185km through Ireland. I'm now preparing to walk through England on the 1000km km trek to Brussels. This will include walking through Wolverhampton and Birmingham where I'll then be walking the entirety of the Grand Union Canal (220km) until reaching London. When I arrive in London I'll then be heading for Dover where I'll be departing for Calais in France to continue the remainder of the walk to Calais in France. It's been a tough challenge so far where I had to face torrential rain and wind in Ireland, climbed 2,700m of hills and mountains in Wales (equivalent of climbing Croagh Patrick 4 times) and now I'm currently facing a heatwave while walking through England. It's a long road to the finish line but I'll get there. Thank you for believing in me. The walk is being completed to highlight the homeless and cost of living crisis in Ireland.
