@mirai finally found a new bug :)

This fixes this bug.

- Update build tools and support library version

ANDROID GO VERSION
- Disable white plate around icons too (this was already disabled on the regular version from the start)
- Previous changes from the regular build, except the installing icon

- Backport adaptive icons to Android 7.0 and 7.1

This might crash or be unstable, so please be patient if it's not working properly while I fix some remaining bugs

- Fix crash from not having an adaptive shape specified

- Increase max aspect ratio to 3.0 for future phones with "courage"

- Change some dependencies inside the code as a cleanup

I made a mistake in the last build's optimization code which I didn't notice in debug mode, don't install it yet

- Improve proguard optimization rules and fix a bug caused by a missing line

- Disable new Google Search style for the app drawer on Nougat
This should fix the weird layout bugs. Will be reverted if I find a better solution

Improve round icon extraction by checking for references

Sorry for those on Android 7 that now see Android head icons instead of the app icons, I'm aware of the problem and will try to fix it as soon as I can
