Sorry for those that didn't get to vote but this is enough for me to decide not to mess with it

- Switch to Gradle 3.0.1
- Update version number to 3.3

- Add Pixel C device profile, so tablets have bigger icons

- Changes to putting backported app shortcuts on the home screen

Changes from 3.2 -> 3.3 so far
- Fix hotseat folder bug
- Prevent crash when searching with many hidden apps
- Add tablet profile with bigger icons
- Add search bar to tablets
- Update to Gradle 3
- Rewrite parts of app shortcut code for proper permission checking and pinning
