- Set proper start position for landscape off-screen popup

Can someone on lollipop or marshmallow set a Google Calendar event like this, then try clicking it? It should crash, and I'd love to get a logcat, I can't test this on my emulators

- Revert landscape popup shift
- Rewrite center shortcut animation code

Roadmap:
- Live calendar for icon packs
- App suggestions
- 8.1 system app search layout (don't worry about this for now)

- Reload icon pack list when clicking the setting, so you can install even when the settings screen is open

- Remove double animation when swiping away notifications in popups

Please check for stability, there is a lot of XML parsing happening to make this work

- Fix shortcuts not updating

- Prevent crash when clicking on the date widget on Lollipop/Marshmallow

- Rewrite date handling on lollipop/marshmallow
- Only show notification access prompt once (so you can permanently deny)

- Internal code changes for smartspace events (uploading to test)
