Google Now disable option is not doing anything, working on fixing it rn

- Speed up icon pack loading after first load

Weather is such an annoying pesky thing that's Google app related 99% of the time

It can stop working if you're not using one of their supported languages, if you disable location or wifi scanning, if you don't give Google location permission, if you have it disabled in Google Now, or if Google just is not feeling like it

But if it really was broken I'd notice immediately because I always have it turned on and there's no backporting involved

I just got a good log report for the weather and I think I found a problem. Once again I'm working from my phone and for this I really need my PC, so it'll take a while until I can try whether or not my solution works

- Increase the chance of weather working

- Fix crash when changing icon pack on lollipop

- Fix search causing a reload in the Google Now panel

- Add off-center notification popup animation and arrow position

(when the DPI is too high)

EXPERIMENTAL
- Change marshmallow Smartspace date handler to the lollipop one

Please, MM users, test if the date stays accurate with your system-wide date
And also test what happens when you click a Google Calendar event in Smartspace
