Different notification dot colour per-app like the Pixel Launcher

Has an often requested feature: pulldown for notifications. Although I feel my implementation is a lot better than what other launchers use (like Nova), try it yourself :)
Also has an updated notification access check so it won't spam with prompts during lag

Reduced the pull down sensitivity by 20% (minimum velocity 2 -> 2.5)
Show icon shape selector even when developer settings are disabled
Don't show the notification access prompt on Android 8

Fix more isAtLeastO checks

Revert the notification access prompt commit from 2 builds ago

Disallow opening the app drawer when opening notifications (Fixed Version)

Fixed the G Pill not opening search when the Date was on the right

Test - lets you close notifications directly
