13.
अंतिम परीक्षा: 6 महीने का कोर्स पूरा होने पर एक अंतिम परीक्षा ली जाएगी। इसे पास करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को ही अधिकृत सर्टिफिकेट दिया जाएगा।

TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS FOR BLIND
Official Announcement: Sankalp Online Computer and AI Training Program 2026
To make visually impaired students, youth, and working professionals digitally capable, Technical Solutions for Blind is starting its 6-month online course Sankalp.
The purpose of this course is not just to give general information about computers, but to teach you keyboard orientation, Hindi and English typing, computer assembling, and how to easily operate advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools with the help of a screen reader.
This entire 6-month course is completely free for all of you.
Teaching subjects and what you will learn
1.
Computer Introduction and Keyboard Orientation: Basic introduction to computer, information about all parts, full orientation of the keyboard, identification of keys, and practice of using the keyboard without seeing with a screen reader.
2.
Hindi and English Typing: Fast typing in both English and Hindi languages with correct technique and shortcuts with a screen reader.
3.
Computer Hardware and Assembling (PC Assembling): Understanding motherboard, processor, RAM, hard drive, and SMPS, connection of internal cables and power wires, assembling a PC, and fixing minor computer problems yourself.
4.
Desktop Navigation and Windows 11: Working easily in Windows 11, creating files and folders, understanding file structure, and necessary keyboard shortcuts.
5.
Screen Reader Mastery (NVDA and JAWS): Operating NVDA and JAWS screen readers in detail, their settings, installing add-ons, and reading different types of documents.
6.
MS Office Suite: Creating official letters and documents in MS Word, formatting, creating tables, and preparing accessible files. Data entry in MS Excel, handling spreadsheets, basic and advanced formulas, and creating accessible data sheets. Preparing beautiful and accessible presentations in MS PowerPoint with the help of a screen reader.

Internet and Digital Security: Searching for information on the internet in the right way, sending and managing emails, filling online forms, and rules of internet security.

Artificial Intelligence (AI Tools): Making your studies easy by using ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools, drafting applications and letters, and completing your daily tasks quickly.
Eligibility and requirements for the course
Eligibility: Any person who has a desire to learn can join this course. There is no restriction of age or education.
Requirements: You must have a computer or laptop and an active internet connection. Those who do not currently have a computer or laptop can also join online classes with the help of their smartphone.
Schedule and classes
Duration: 6 months (only Saturday and Sunday)
Time: From 06:00 PM to 08:00 PM (2 hours class every day)
Total time: More than 100 hours of practical teaching
Start: 01 October 2026
Class Recordings: If for any reason any student misses any class, then audio or video recording of every class will be made available.
Organization's registration and authenticity
Technical Solutions for Blind is an organization registered under the Ministry of MSME, Govt. of India, whose Udyam registration number is UDYAM-RJ-30-0147268. The organization is registered under the Government of India's National Industrial Classification Code 85499 (Other Educational Services). This registration gives the organization full legal right to provide computer and technical education and issue certificates.

This certificate is not just a piece of paper, but it is proof of your real hard work and computer ability:

Help in job and interview: This certificate makes your resume (CV) strong. It will be valid as official proof of your computer and AI skills in private companies, NGOs, and job interviews.

Freelancing and Work From Home: After completing the course, you will become eligible to do work like data entry, content drafting, and online research yourself.

Online QR code verification: Every certificate issued by the organization will have a unique registration number and QR code. Any company or institution can go to our website and verify your certificate live.
Practice and examination

Weekly Assignments: You will be given assignments to practice the topics taught every weekend, so that your practical practice continues throughout the week.

Final Examination: A final examination will be taken after the completion of the 6-month course. Only students who pass this will be given the authorized certificate.

1. Unlike other TTS apps, Easy SmartVoice needs no separate installation of AutoTTS and Vocalizer voices — everything is built in and ready to go.

2. Ready to use after installation with default settings, using Nathan as the English voice and Neel as the Hindi voice.

3. Comes packed with a wide range of natural-sounding voices: Samantha, Nathan, Rishi, Karen, Daniel, and Ava for English; Neel and Lekha for Hindi; and dedicated voices for Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, and Telugu. Need another language? You can add more as per your need.

4. You must check only the languages you want to use in the Languages option under the Language Switching section. By default, all the languages are selected.

5. Hindi and Marathi will be spoken by one voice. If you want to use the Ananya voice, you have to uncheck Hindi under the Language Switching section in the Languages option, and also select Marathi as Language after selecting Easy SmartVoice as the preferred engine in the Text-to-Speech settings.

6. The app automatically switches languages based on the text — no separate app is needed.

7. Under the Language Switching section, there is a checkbox option called "Use One Voice for Entire Message". This option ensures the entire text is read in the primary language voice, without switching to other languages for some words in the text. For example, when reading a message typed in Hindi using Wispr Flow that contains some words in English, checking this box allows the entire message to be read by the Hindi voice only, preventing voice switches and providing a continuous and smooth listening experience.

8. If you want to add more languages, tap the first option in the Language Switching section to grant files permission, then tap again to create the Easy SmartVoice folder in internal storage. This will create a new folder named Easy SmartVoice. Then copy the new language folder for each language, containing two required files, into this folder.

All the foreign robotic languages have been removed
