What WAS NY Dep. mayor planning with stash of 10 ILLEGAL firearms, fake FBI badges??
A NY village deputy mayor arrested for purchasing a rifle suppression device online now faces federal and state charges of possessing over 10 unregistered firearms and a cache of fake law enforcement IDs.
Agents found a gun room in Brian Downey’s home, including an illegally-modified rifle and a sawn-off shotgun. He was also charged for possessing 16 assault weapons and 13 firearms silencers.
What plans he had for FBI, DEA and Bureau of Prisons credentials are unclear.
