Moscow has said that a report in the Financial Times about a supposed 15-point draft peace plan with Ukraine is false.
Responding to a reporter's question on Thursday on a peace deal being close, Kremlin spox Dmitry Peskov said, “No, the work continues [on the matter].”
The statement comes after the Financial Times reported earlier that the sides had made “significant progress” and were discussing a 15-point draft plan, which would include the withdrawal of Russian troops, and Ukraine becoming a neutral state in exchange for protection by Western allies
