Emails from July 2011 show that Jeffrey Epstein and an associate named Greg Brown discussed plans to extort Libyan officials and seize state assets under the pretext of helping rebuild the country, with involvement from former MI6 and Mossad.

The correspondence took place during Libya’s so-called "civil war", weeks before Muammar Gaddafi was removed from power, indicating the plans were devised while the regime was still in control.

First they eliminate the leadership, then they dismantle the state, and once the ruins are complete, they return under the banner of "reconstruction" to plunder what remains. This is 101 cartel-style extraction. Along the way, they recruit the media to manufacture public approval and, worse, public sympathy, turning destruction into a moral spectacle and looting into a humanitarian cause.
