في الذكرى الرابعة والتسعين لتأسيس القوة الجوية العراقية، نعبر عن فخرنا واعتزازنا بنسورنا البواسل، ونثمن عاليا تضحياتهم ومشاركتهم مع باقي القطعات الأمنية والعسكرية في معارك تحرير الأرض من الإرهاب الداعشي، وتأمين أجواء البلاد من العابثين، مقدمة سجلا ناصعاً ونقطة وضاءةً في تاريخ العراق.
وفيما نبارك للقوة الجوية العراقية قادة ومنتسبين هذه الذكرى العطرة نحث على الارتقاء بواقعها تسليحياً ولوجستياً وتمكينها من تأمين سمائنا وأرضنا وحدودنا وربوعنا.

Their legacy stands as a bright and honorable chapter in Iraq’s modern history.
As we congratulate the commanders and personnel of the Iraqi Air Force on this proud occasion, we also stress the importance of strengthening their capabilities—both in armament and logistics—to ensure the continued protection of our skies, territory, borders, and all regions of our homeland.

تحل مناسبة اليوم الدولي للأرض وكوكبنا يستغيث لإنقاذه من جملة أزمات خانقة تعرض حاضره ومستقبله وساكنيه للخطر، ما يتطلب تظافر جهود الأنظمة والحكومات من أجل تنفيذ تدابير عاجلة، تنتشل الطبيعة من آثار الحروب والتدهور والتصحر وارتفاع نسبة الملوحة والحرارة المفرطة والحرائق الكبيرة والفيضانات العنيفة التي أدت إلى تعريض استقرار العديد من المجتمعات تنموياً واقتصادياَ.

International Mother Earth Day comes as our planet sends out a distress call, facing a series severe crises that endanger its present, future, and all who inhabit it. This urgent situation demands unified action from governments and institutions to implement immediate measures that can heal the environment from the consequences of war, degradation, desertification, rising salinity levels, extreme temperatures, widespread fires, and intense flooding—factors that have seriously undermined the developmental and economic stability of numerous communities.

التقينا صباح اليوم عددا من رجال الأعمال العراقيين يتقدمهم رئيس رابطة المصارف العراقية الأستاذ وديع الحنظل، واستمعنا إلى رؤيتهم حول إصلاح القطاع المصرفي في العراق لمواكبة حالة التطور العمراني والتنموي في البلاد، وفي جميع المحافظات.
شددنا على أهمية مواكبة التطور العالمي في هذا القطاع الحيوي وربط المنظومة المصرفية العراقية بالمنظومة المصرفية العالمية، ودعونا للعمل على توسيع الشمول المالي للمصارف، وتشجيع المواطنين على إيداع أموالهم في المصارف العراقية وتحويل ذلك إلى ثقافة مجتمعية.
قلنا أيضا بأهمية منح القروض للشباب ولقطاع السكن، حيث إن الأخير يحرك الكثير من القطاعات الإنتاجية الأخرى، ويوفر فرص العمل.
This morning, we met with several Iraqi businessmen, headed by Mr. Wadi' Al-Handhal, President of the Iraqi Private Banks League. We listened to their perspective on reforming the banking sector in Iraq to align with the country's ongoing urban and developmental progress across all provinces.
We emphasized the need for the Iraqi banking system to keep pace with global advancements and to integrate with the international financial network. We also highlighted the importance of expanding financial inclusion, encouraging citizens to deposit their funds in Iraqi banks, and shifting this into a widespread societal culture.
Additionally, we underscored the significance of providing loans to youth and the housing sector, noting that the latter plays a vital role in driving various other productive industries and generating employment opportunities.

خلال لقائنا رئيس الهيئة العلمائية لأتباع أهل البيت (عليهم السلام) في سوريا سماحة السيد عبد الله نظام، تبادلنا وجهات النظر حول المشهد السياسي العام، وفي الدول التي يحضر فيها أتباع أهل البيت (عليهم السلام)، حيث شددنا على وحدة الخطاب ونبذ المتشنج منه والعمل على توحيد كلمة المسلمين تجاه القضايا المصيرية والتحديات الحالية، كما دعونا أيضا إلى تعزيز مفاهيم التماسك المجتمعي والقنوات التي تصب في هذا الهدف، أكدنا أيضا أهمية تحديث أدوات الخطاب الديني بما يتناسب مع تحديات المرحلة، وقلنا بأهمية مخاطبة الشباب ومواجهة التحديات والأفكار الدخيلة على مجتمعاتنا وثقافتنا الإسلامية.
كما جددنا التأكيد على وحدة الأراضي السورية ومشاركة جميع أطياف الشعب السوري في قراره السياسي.
During our meeting with His Eminence Sayyid Abdullah Nizam, Head of the Religious Authority for the Followers of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in Syria, we discussed the broader political landscape, especially in regions where the followers of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) are present. We stressed the need for a unified and balanced discourse, rejecting inflammatory rhetoric, and working toward uniting the Muslim voice on critical issues and shared challenges. We also highlighted the importance of strengthening social cohesion and supporting initiatives that serve this purpose. Additionally, we emphasized the need to modernize religious discourse tools in line with the demands of the current era, with a particular focus on engaging youth and addressing foreign ideas that threaten the fabric of our societies and Islamic heritage.
We reiterated our firm stance on the unity of Syrian territory and the necessity of inclusive political participation by all components of the Syrian people.

نبارك للفريق العراقي إحرازه المركز الأول في مسابقة "المبتكرين الشباب" ضمن البطولة العربية للروبوت والذكاء الاصطناعي، التي شاركت فيها 15 دولة عربية، وقد تميزت مشاركة العراق بتمثيل من خمس محافظات: بغداد، النجف الأشرف، البصرة، الأنبار، وكركوك.
إنه إنجاز نوعي آخر يضاف إلى سجل شبابنا الواعد في مختلف المحافل، ويؤكد قدرة العراق على المنافسة والإبداع في مجالات التكنولوجيا والابتكار، نجدد الدعوة إلى دعم هذه الطاقات ورعايتها ماديًا ومعنويًا، وتمكينها من رفع راية العراق عالية في المحافل الإقليمية والدولية.
We extend our congratulations to the Iraqi team for securing first place in the "Young Innovators" competition, part of the Arab Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Championship, which featured participants from 15 Arab countries. Iraq’s delegation was distinguished by the participation of youth from five governorates: Baghdad, Najaf Al-Ashraf, Basra, Anbar, and Kirkuk.
This achievement marks another milestone in the journey of our ambitious youth, showcasing Iraq’s potential to innovate and compete in the fields of technology and creativity. We reiterate the importance of supporting these talents—financially and morally—and enabling them to proudly represent Iraq on both regional and international platforms.

لدى زيارتنا لسفارة الفاتيكان في العراق، قدمنا التعازي برحيل الحبر الأعظم قداسة البابا فرنسيس، وأعربنا عن أسفنا على رحيله، وقلنا لقداسته تأثير روحي ومعنوي على الإخوة المسيحيين وغير المسيحيين، واستذكرنا زيارته للعراق، وأثرها في ترسيخ أسس التعايش السلمي بين الأديان، حيث قضى قداسته أربعة أيام تواصل خلالها مع مختلف المكونات والشرائح العراقية، وتوجت تلك الزيارة بزيارة المرجع الأعلى سماحة الإمام السيستاني (دام ظله الوارف.
قلنا إن رحيله يمثل محطة حزينة ومؤسفة، لكنها فرصة لتعميق أسس التعايش بين أتباع الديانات السماوية والناس عموما على أسس الارتباط بالله -سبحانه وتعالى- والارتباط بالقيم الروحية والمعنوية.
During our visit to the Vatican Embassy in Iraq, we extended our heartfelt condolences on the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis, expressing our deep sorrow at this loss. We emphasized the profound spiritual and ethical influence His Holiness had on Christians and non-Christians alike.
We reflected on his historic visit to Iraq, which played a pivotal role in promoting interfaith harmony and peaceful coexistence. Over four days, His Holiness engaged with diverse segments of Iraqi society, culminating in a significant meeting with the Supreme Religious Authority, Grand Ayatollah Imam Al-Sistani (may his blessings continue).
While his departure is a moment of grief, it also presents an opportunity to reinforce the bonds of unity among followers of all heavenly faiths, grounded in devotion to Allah Almighty, and shared spiritual and moral principles.

انتخابات الاستقرار المستدام

إن البيئة التي تصدى فيها الإمام جعفر بن محمد الصادق (عليهما السلام)، كانت بيئة مركبة ومعقدة جدا، سياسيا وفكريا، تميزت بالاضطرابات السياسية والثورات والانتفاضات، وكذلك بالانفتاح على الثقافات والحضارات الأخرى؛ مما جعل الإمام (سلام الله عليه) أمام مسؤوليات كبيرة وجسيمة تمثلت في كيفية تجذير وترسيخ الفكر الإسلامي القويم الذي جاء به رسول الله (صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم)، واستثمار الفرصة في نشر العلوم الدينية، والانفتاح على عموم المسلمين والتواصل معهم وبناء الجسور، والتركيز على بناء الجماعة الصالحة من أتباع أهل البيت (عليهم السلام.
وفي ذكرى شهادته الأليمة نشير إلى منهجه (عليه السلام) في بناء الجماعة الصالحة حيث يقول لأحد أصحابه "يا ابن جندب، بلغ معاشر شيعتنا وقل لهم لا تذهبن بكم المذاهب، فوالله لن تنالوا ولايتنا إلا بالورع والاجتهاد في الدنيا ومواساة الإخوان في الله"، وفي هذا القول المبارك حدد الإمام الصادق (عليه السلام) سمات وصفات الجماعة الصالحة من أتباع أهل البيت:
أولا: الورع والمبدئية
ثانيا: الاجتهاد في الدنيا، أن تكون صاحب مشروع وقضية ورسالة
ثالثا: مواساة الإخوان في الله، أي الخدمة وأن يكون لديك مشروع لخدمة الوطن والمواطن وخدمة الناس.

السلام على إمامنا الهمام جعفر الصادق (عليه السلام) يوم ولد ويوم استشهد ويوم يبعث حيا، وعظم الله أجورنا وأجوركم بهذا المصاب الجلل.
