العراق ورغم الظروف القاهرة كان ولا زال يحظى بحضور كبير في مجال الابتكارات العالمية، وخدمة الإنسان ومواكبة التطور العلمي المتنامي، فالنخب العراقية لا زالت تبتكر وتخترع وتسوق نتاجاتها إلى الجهات المستفيدة في المجالات كافة.
وفي اليوم العالمي للإبداع والابتكار، نحث الجهات المسؤولة على دعم الطاقات الوطنية وتأهيل مراكز الإبداع لجذب الموهوبين والنوابغ وزجهم في مشاريع الاقتصاد والتكنولوجيا والصناعة والزراعة الحديثة وباقي صعد الحياة، وتوفير ما يعزز نجاحها وتفوقها، ولترفع راية العراق خفاقة في جميع الميادين العالمية.

التخيّل.. الابداع… الابتكار
ثلاثية صناعة المستقبل

تلقينا بأسف بالغ نبأ وفاة قداسة بابا الفاتيكان "فرانسيس".
وبهذه المناسبة الأليمة نستذكر دور قداسته في تعزيز السلام وخدمة الإنسانية والحوار بين الأديان، كما نستذكر زيارته التاريخية إلى العراق ولقائه في مدينة النجف الأشرف بالمرجع الديني الأعلى سماحة الإمام السيد علي السيستاني (مد ظله الوارف)، ذلك الحدث الذي سيبقى شاخصاً في ذاكرة العراقيين والعالم، كما نتقدم للعالم المسيحي أجمع بالعزاء والمواساة.

We received with deep sorrow the news of the passing of His Holiness Pope Francis.
On this painful occasion, we recall His Holiness’s role in promoting peace, serving humanity, and advancing interfaith dialogue. We also remember his historic visit to Iraq and his meeting in the holy city of Najaf with the Supreme Religious Authority, His Eminence Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Al-Sistani (may his shadow endure)—an event that will remain a lasting memory for Iraqis and the world.
We extend our condolences and sympathy to the entire Christian world.
May his soul be granted eternity, peace, and tranquility.

Με βαθιά λύπη λάβαμε την είδηση του θανάτου της Α.Α. του Πάπα του Βατικανού “Φραγκίσκου”.
Με αυτήν τη θλιβερή περίσταση, θυμόμαστε τον ρόλο της Αγιότητάς του στην ενίσχυση της ειρήνης, την υπηρεσία της ανθρωπότητας και τον διάλογο μεταξύ των θρησκειών. Θυμόμαστε επίσης την ιστορική του επίσκεψη στο Ιράκ και τη συνάντησή του στην πόλη Νατζάφ αλ-Ασράφ με τον Ανώτατο Θρησκευτικό Ηγέτη, Σεβασμιώτατο Ιμάμη Σαγιέντ Άλι αλ-Σιστανί (να είναι η σκιά του πλούσια και συνεχής) — ένα γεγονός που θα παραμείνει ζωντανό στη μνήμη των Ιρακινών και του κόσμου.

نشيد بالإنجازات الأمنية الكبيرة التي أعلنت عنها وزارة الداخلية في ملخص الربع الأول من العام الحالي، والذي أكدت فيه وجود تطور نوعي لأداء مفاصلها حيث وُصِف الوضع الأمني هو الأفضل منذ عام ٢٠٠٣.
نثمن للقيادات والمنتسبين في الوزارة جهودهم الاستثنائية في سبيل عراق آمن ومستقر ومزدهر، وندعو إلى ضرورة الارتقاء بعمل الوزارة وبذل المزيد من الجهود لخدمة الوطن والمواطن، ومراقبة أداء جميع المفاصل ومعالجة الإشكاليات في هذه المؤسسة الحيوية.

We applaud the significant security achievements highlighted by the Ministry of Interior in its first-quarter report for this year, which affirmed a qualitative improvement in the performance of its departments and described the current security situation as the best since 2003.

We also emphasize the importance of further enhancing the Ministry’s operations, intensifying efforts in service to the nation and its people, closely monitoring all departments, and addressing any challenges within this vital institution.

تحل مناسبة اليوم الدولي للأرض وكوكبنا يستغيث لإنقاذه من جملة أزمات خانقة تعرض حاضره ومستقبله وساكنيه للخطر، ما يتطلب تظافر جهود الأنظمة والحكومات من أجل تنفيذ تدابير عاجلة، تنتشل الطبيعة من آثار الحروب والتدهور والتصحر وارتفاع نسبة الملوحة والحرارة المفرطة والحرائق الكبيرة والفيضانات العنيفة التي أدت إلى تعريض استقرار العديد من المجتمعات تنموياً واقتصادياَ.

International Mother Earth Day comes as our planet sends out a distress call, facing a series severe crises that endanger its present, future, and all who inhabit it. This urgent situation demands unified action from governments and institutions to implement immediate measures that can heal the environment from the consequences of war, degradation, desertification, rising salinity levels, extreme temperatures, widespread fires, and intense flooding—factors that have seriously undermined the developmental and economic stability of numerous communities.

التقينا صباح اليوم عددا من رجال الأعمال العراقيين يتقدمهم رئيس رابطة المصارف العراقية الأستاذ وديع الحنظل، واستمعنا إلى رؤيتهم حول إصلاح القطاع المصرفي في العراق لمواكبة حالة التطور العمراني والتنموي في البلاد، وفي جميع المحافظات.
شددنا على أهمية مواكبة التطور العالمي في هذا القطاع الحيوي وربط المنظومة المصرفية العراقية بالمنظومة المصرفية العالمية، ودعونا للعمل على توسيع الشمول المالي للمصارف، وتشجيع المواطنين على إيداع أموالهم في المصارف العراقية وتحويل ذلك إلى ثقافة مجتمعية.
قلنا أيضا بأهمية منح القروض للشباب ولقطاع السكن، حيث إن الأخير يحرك الكثير من القطاعات الإنتاجية الأخرى، ويوفر فرص العمل.
This morning, we met with several Iraqi businessmen, headed by Mr. Wadi' Al-Handhal, President of the Iraqi Private Banks League. We listened to their perspective on reforming the banking sector in Iraq to align with the country's ongoing urban and developmental progress across all provinces.
We emphasized the need for the Iraqi banking system to keep pace with global advancements and to integrate with the international financial network. We also highlighted the importance of expanding financial inclusion, encouraging citizens to deposit their funds in Iraqi banks, and shifting this into a widespread societal culture.
Additionally, we underscored the significance of providing loans to youth and the housing sector, noting that the latter plays a vital role in driving various other productive industries and generating employment opportunities.

خلال لقائنا رئيس الهيئة العلمائية لأتباع أهل البيت (عليهم السلام) في سوريا سماحة السيد عبد الله نظام، تبادلنا وجهات النظر حول المشهد السياسي العام، وفي الدول التي يحضر فيها أتباع أهل البيت (عليهم السلام)، حيث شددنا على وحدة الخطاب ونبذ المتشنج منه والعمل على توحيد كلمة المسلمين تجاه القضايا المصيرية والتحديات الحالية، كما دعونا أيضا إلى تعزيز مفاهيم التماسك المجتمعي والقنوات التي تصب في هذا الهدف، أكدنا أيضا أهمية تحديث أدوات الخطاب الديني بما يتناسب مع تحديات المرحلة، وقلنا بأهمية مخاطبة الشباب ومواجهة التحديات والأفكار الدخيلة على مجتمعاتنا وثقافتنا الإسلامية.
كما جددنا التأكيد على وحدة الأراضي السورية ومشاركة جميع أطياف الشعب السوري في قراره السياسي.
During our meeting with His Eminence Sayyid Abdullah Nizam, Head of the Religious Authority for the Followers of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) in Syria, we discussed the broader political landscape, especially in regions where the followers of Ahl Al-Bayt (peace be upon them) are present. We stressed the need for a unified and balanced discourse, rejecting inflammatory rhetoric, and working toward uniting the Muslim voice on critical issues and shared challenges. We also highlighted the importance of strengthening social cohesion and supporting initiatives that serve this purpose. Additionally, we emphasized the need to modernize religious discourse tools in line with the demands of the current era, with a particular focus on engaging youth and addressing foreign ideas that threaten the fabric of our societies and Islamic heritage.
We reiterated our firm stance on the unity of Syrian territory and the necessity of inclusive political participation by all components of the Syrian people.

نبارك للفريق العراقي إحرازه المركز الأول في مسابقة "المبتكرين الشباب" ضمن البطولة العربية للروبوت والذكاء الاصطناعي، التي شاركت فيها 15 دولة عربية، وقد تميزت مشاركة العراق بتمثيل من خمس محافظات: بغداد، النجف الأشرف، البصرة، الأنبار، وكركوك.
إنه إنجاز نوعي آخر يضاف إلى سجل شبابنا الواعد في مختلف المحافل، ويؤكد قدرة العراق على المنافسة والإبداع في مجالات التكنولوجيا والابتكار، نجدد الدعوة إلى دعم هذه الطاقات ورعايتها ماديًا ومعنويًا، وتمكينها من رفع راية العراق عالية في المحافل الإقليمية والدولية.
We extend our congratulations to the Iraqi team for securing first place in the "Young Innovators" competition, part of the Arab Robotics and Artificial Intelligence Championship, which featured participants from 15 Arab countries. Iraq’s delegation was distinguished by the participation of youth from five governorates: Baghdad, Najaf Al-Ashraf, Basra, Anbar, and Kirkuk.
This achievement marks another milestone in the journey of our ambitious youth, showcasing Iraq’s potential to innovate and compete in the fields of technology and creativity. We reiterate the importance of supporting these talents—financially and morally—and enabling them to proudly represent Iraq on both regional and international platforms.
