hi everyone! to prepare for the arrival of gigantic order of 1st PO WTLTO physical copies here are collection methods ill be offering so you can plan ahead! 💛

IRL COLLECTIONS
— self-collect @ my block
- weekdays mostly after 8pm
- weekends dependant
- nearest mrt Kallang MRT (5mins walk) will provide exact postal if opted!

— mass meet up @ City Hall MRT
- will post in channel when ill be holding mass meet up (date & time)
- can comment to opt in!

MAILING COLLECTION
— everything will be packed with bubble wrap to ensure your albums reach you safely <3

batch 3 of MICO MERCH GO has been carted out!

ALL WTLTO SIGNED PHYSICAL COPIES FROM FIRST PREORDER ARE ON HAND!
— all vinyl and cd quantities are accounted for (13 vinyls | 33 cds)

HOWEVER, as we know with how rough US shipping can be..
— i did receive 4 vinyls with bent corners on the cover (vinyl itself is okay) and 7 cds with cracks/scuffs on the jewel case (cd itself still okay)

please give me some time to email support regarding this to see if there is a resolution (especially for the vinyls)

* im not liable for whatever happens on MICO's side or during shipment regarding damages but i will do my best to be fair about this

! THOSE THAT ORDERED CDs
— jewel cases are unfortunately really easy to crack and are prone to scratches but if you are okay with receiving a cracked one please feel free to lmk
— solution to this is to buy an empty jewel case and transfer the contents over as the cds themselves are still okay just the case

im not sure what they could offer for compensation but the vinyls were kinda thrown in a box that was slightly bigger than the vinyl itself, i suspect that during shipment they got tossed around causing the corner to get bumped 💔

(no bubble wrap nth btw which is SUPER disappointing, like that is set of vinyls just ruined)

FOR CD BUYERS:

I added images of the damaged CDs in the comments! some are super minor, while some are more major, if you are okay with any of them do feel free to reply to the photo with your username to claim 🙏

i highly doubt they will provide compensation for these as its a known fact that jewel cases are very prone to cracks and scuffs during shipmet BUT when they respond and if there is compensation i will contact you personally to update you!

solution to cracked cases is to buy an empty jewel case and transfer the contents over! the case is always replaceable, thank god the internals are okay
