Existing SG MICO Ticket holders
- SISTIC will send an email by 6PM today with full details.
- Spots have been reserved across all 3 sections and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (based on the submitted time of the form).
- If you do not submit the form, your ticket will remain as Standing by default.
- Pricing difference will be refunded if you opt to Seated.
Priority Entry holders
- We’ll be cancelling this add-on to avoid confusion with MICO’s VIP Package experience.
- The LAMC limited edition SG MICO sticker will be given to the FIRST 100 fans at the venue for FREE instead (only for non VIP Package holders).
- You will receive an email from SISTIC and refunds will be processed shortly.
General Admission rules
- Age rating: 7+
- Standing: 12+ only
- Seated: 7+ (ages 7-11 must be accompanied by an adult)
Recording rules
- No professional cameras allowed
- Personal phones and digital cameras allowed
- Strictly NO flash allowed

PRIORITY ENTRY UPDATE

After reviewing things, we’ll be keeping Priority Entry, and the stickers will go back to being exclusive for Priority Entry holders.

Just a reminder that early access for MICO’s VIP Package will still be prioritised, and Priority Entry ticket holders will only be allowed in after the VIP Experience has ended.

Mini FAQ SG Part 2

Q: If we get seated tickets, do our VIP packages still apply? Will we be able to access the floor for the Mico Q&A and then go up to our seats after?
A: MICO VIP Upgrade holders will still enjoy the full experience regardless of their ticket section. After the VIP experience, CAT 2 patrons will be ushered to their respective seats.

Any updates will likely be on scheduling — arrangements shouldn’t be affected. We’re currently awaiting more details from the artist’s team regarding MICO’s VIP upgrades.


Q: if the seat allocation is fcfs basis, will it be allocated to normal seating first or restricted seating first?
A: SISTIC will assign you to the best seats aka rows closest without viewing restrictions. For those who wish to exchange their standing tickets to seated tickets, please submit the form by 21 June, 11:59PM. Price differences will be refunded. A confirmation email will be sent with the new tickets from 22 June onwards.

If you have any requests, do email them at feedback@sistic.com.sg and they will do their best to accommodate.

Bonus Q: What type of cameras are allowed?
A: Small point-and-shoot/compact cameras (lens under ~3 inches) are permitted.

DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and anything with a detachable or interchangeable lens are NOT allowed.

Strictly NO flash photography allowed.
