🇺🇸⚡️Hegseth just confirmed the Pentagon has formally requested MORE THAN $200 BILLION in supplemental funding for the war with Iran. Not approved yet, but if it is... Americans, that's your tax dollars fueling it. 🔴 @alsaa_plus_EN
Remember the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore? The one that collapsed in March 2024. As of now, 2 YEARS LATER, the remnants are STILL being demolished and cleared. No, this is not a joke. They're supposed to finish building a replacement by late 2030. 6 years.

I bet some of those $200 billion could be spent fixing our infrastructure and maybe hiring a few more dudes so it doesn't take more than 2 years to clear the rubble... Our railroads are in a dire state. Roads, too.

Meet Mini Sky City, 小天城 (pronounced ching-chong-ding), a 57 story, 660 feet high skyscraper in Changsha. It cost roughly $1.5 billion and took 19 days to build.

Sure, it's perhaps not the nicest building you'll ever see, but it works. Unlike the Francis Scott Key bridge.

But why end there? Let's talk about the Beijing-Guangzhou high speed railway.

It's 1,390 miles long and takes you from Beijing to Guangzhou in about 8 hours. It cost about $36 billion and 7 years to build.

For comparison, the Los Santos to San Fierro railway, which was approved in 2008 with an initial budget of $33 billion. Work started in 2015. The 170 miles they've built in 11 YEARS already cost $35 billion, with the current "final" estimate at $110 billion.

The Haifa refinery is the largest and most important fuel facility in Israel, supplying about 50-60% of the country's fuel (about 60% diesel, 50% gasoline).

The plant processes approximately 197,000 barrels per day, which means that a large portion of Israel's transportation, aviation, and military fuel relies on it.

Israel only has two refineries.

Brent's premium over WTI Crude is trading at its widest margin in 11+ years. And, it gets worse. Oman's oil prices are at $167, Dubai's at $137, and Brent [European market] at $113, while WTI Crude sits at $97, per Zerohedge.

US dependence on Persian Gulf oil has almost never been lower: US imports of crude oil from the Persian Gulf countries are down to ~500,000 barrels per day, near the lowest on record. Just 9 years ago, the US was receiving ~2.0 million barrels per day from the region.

Meanwhile, US crude oil production stands at ~13.7 million barrels a day near an all time high. US production is up +145% since 2003. In 2006, the US was net IMPORTING ~400 million barrels of oil per quarter. In 2025, the US net EXPORTED ~100 million barrels per quarter.

As long as the US maintains a high oil production and bans oil exports, gas prices should remain stable but that will destroy the economies of its allies in Europe and East Asia.

The Israeli Broadcasting Authority says they received a notice from the military censorship not to publish documents about the impacts in Haifa, complains because telegram channels did not comply.

Sorry my holy book, the Talmukh, prohibits me from not sharing footage of blown up Israeli refineries. But only on Thursdays.
