A million simulations, one verdict for US economy: debt danger ahead

Bloomberg Economics ran a million forecast simulations on the US debt outlook. 88% of them show borrowing on an unsustainable path.

...It would take a lot to shake investor confidence in US Treasury debt as the ultimate safe asset. If it did evaporate, though, the erosion of the dollar's standing would be a watershed moment, with the US losing not just access to cheap financing but also global power and prestige.

Do you mean something like weaponizing the currency and payment systems? Would that "shake investor confidence"? Why do you even need a "million simulations" to figure out that endless borrowing and money printing isn't sustainable?

Thanks to Jeffrey Lebowski for bringing this article to my attention!

Pentagon to use commercial space assets in military operations

The Pentagon has officially unveiled its highly anticipated commercial space strategy, which outlines the role of companies such as SpaceX in national security. However, there's a caveat: the effectiveness of the industry will hinge on the Department of Defense's ability to adapt.

This is unbelievable! I posted this as an answer to us saying Russia will launch nuclear weapons into space, remember that piece of fearmongering? Well, trust out it's us who want to put weapons into space. When our government said it, the Russians said it's actually us who want to do it and I didn't believe it, so I didn't post it. Turns out, Maria Zakharova was right.

Was that just a smokescreen then? What was the point of it? How will the mass media stretch this in another example of incredible mental gymnastics? Do we do it to protect space Ukraine? Fight for freedom and democracy on Mars? Seriously...

Son of Hamas founder who defected to the US slams pro-Palestine student activists as the terror group's "useful idiots"

Mosab Hassan Yousef, the son of Hamas co-founder Sheikh Hassan Yousef, appeared on "Dr. Phil Primetime" on April 2 to debate two student advocates from the University of Michigan.

It's very disappointing to see Americans supporting Hamas and thinking that Hamas is a cool thing. While those followers don't know that Hamas would torture them and massacre them with no mercy. They call them useful idiots. They don't know that Hamas is a dark black hole.

There is nothing worse in this world, than a condescending asshole who thinks he knows everything. This argument also seems like a straw man. I never met anyone who "supports Hamas," people support the end to Israel's massacre of people who have nothing to do with Hamas. And even if people do, maybe they have a reason for it and believe in something. Extremism breeds more extremism.

China is ramping up support for Putin's war in Ukraine by supplying tank components, rocket fuel and other equipment

US officials anonymously told Bloomberg that Beijing has sent rifle scopes, tank components, rocket fuel and satellite images to Russia.

The publication added that it had been told US secretary of state Anthony Blinken had briefed European allies this week on China's ramped-up support.

It's always an "anonymous source," which more or less equates to "trust me bro." But if China IS supplying Russia with things, then so what? How is it okay for us to supply Ukraine, but it's not okay for China to supply Russia? Where is the line these people drew? Who decided that we are allowed to do whatever we want, yet everyone else must obey and never do their own thing? The psychopaths in our governments? If China supplies Russia, then so be it. If North Korea supplies Russia, so be it. It's a lesson in not starting proxy wars half-way across the world.

US will not accept Chinese imports decimating new industries

Yellen told a press conference that US President Joe Biden would not allow a repeat of the "China shock" of the early 2000s, when a flood of Chinese imports destroyed about 2 million American manufacturing jobs.

Just as I predicted, Janet Yeeeeellen didn't go to China to try to find common language and improve relations, she went there to try to threaten China and show them how cool and mighty we are, because that worked so well until now.

She did not, however, threaten new tariffs or other trade actions should Beijing continue its massive state support for electric vehicles...

How very nice of her, she didn't threaten THAT specifically. Wouldn't it be great if we had officials who understand what diplomacy is. This is what children think it is - threats, coercion and posturing.

Kinzinger: Johnson will be blamed in history books if Ukraine loses war with Russia

Former Rep. Adam Kinzinger said Sunday that Speaker Mike Johnson will be blamed if the US fails to provide aid to Ukraine and it loses its war against Russia.

Now, he has to think about his conscience, because I got to tell you, if Ukraine loses this fight, he will be the guy in the history books that are written about why Ukraine lost this fight...

I don't know, Adam, sounds like a stretch. As far as I'm concerned, Ukraine is going to lose the war because it picked a fight it couldn't win because people like YOU convinced them they are this mighty nation of Hyperboreans, when in fact it's a corrupt country of obnoxious, deluded beggars with no future.

History will more likely blame it on our catastrophic foreign policy failure. Also, it sounds like they are starting to look for a scapegoat to blame it all on. What's going on? Have Ukrainians reached Moscow yet?

Washington offers Tehran negotiations to avoid striking Israel

Iran has promised to retaliate for Israel's bombing of the Iranian embassy in Damascus, which killed a top IRGC general.

According to the source, Washington will guarantee to persuade Tel Aviv to stop its military operations in Syria and Lebanon on the condition that Iran commits not to retaliate against Israel for the Damascus attack.

At the same time, a diplomatic source in Beirut told Al-Jarida that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu rejected an American proposal to pledge to stop attacks in Syria.

This is empty diplomacy. Netanyahu was clear several times that he'll do whatever the hell he wants. What control do we have over the situation? What negotiations can Iran talk to us about after the pointless bombing of Yemen and the weapons supply to Israel that is STILL ongoing? Why would they trust us? How about we leave the region as a start, so we can then say "look, we are out," now let's talk. No? Okay!

Public safety group finds FBI violent crime data is higher than initially reported

A new report claims violent crimes are significantly underreported, and FBI crime classification has changed.

The new report reveals three major findings: that the US faces a public safety crisis beset by high crime and an increasingly dysfunctional justice system; that crime has risen dramatically over the past few years and may be worse than some official statistics claim; and that although preliminary 2023 FBI data shows a decline in many offenses, violent and serious crime remains heightened compared to 2019 data.

So the FBI is lying to us about crime statistics too. Is there anything they aren't lying about? Is there truth anywhere within that organization? I can only assume this is a cover-up for Democrats' tragic immigration policies, they are trying to hide the true scope of the consequences. I'm shocked! Shocked! Well, not that shocked.

Ukraine may have to compromise with Russia, NATO Chief admits

In a rare moment following more than two years of war, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg has belatedly admitted Ukraine may have to compromise with Russia at the negotiating table.

At the end of the day, it has to be Ukraine that decides what kind of compromises they're willing to do, we need to enable them to be in a position where they actually achieve an acceptable result around the negotiating table.

After months of excuses and postponing, the situation at the front finally forced NATO to start talking diplomacy. There are only two problems now. Zelensky is way too deep in his delusion by now and Russia probably doesn't want it anymore.

Biden to meet with Japanese and Philippine leaders to strengthen defense cooperation

President Joe Biden is set to host the leaders of Japan and the Philippines later this week, and strengthening their defense cooperation will be a leading theme of their conversations.

Biden and first lady Jill Biden will host Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and his wife for a state dinner on Wednesday, and the two leaders will meet with Philippines President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on Thursday for the first trilateral United States-Japan-Philippines leader summit.

The Biden administration continues to overstretch our resources, trying to preserve the hegemony everywhere. The very basic principle of "defending everything is defending nothing" apparently slipped through the cracks of his curriculum.

Donald Trump hosts Foreign Secretary David Cameron at Mar-a-Lago for talks on support for Ukraine, "admiration" for the Queen and elections on both sides of the Atlantic

European leaders are desperate to secure more aid for Ukrainian forces battling Russian invaders and have identified Trump as key to overturning Republican support.

But at the same time, the British government is understood to be keen to build relations with the man who might be the next American president after being taken by surprise by his 2016 victory.

Oh no, not the British. Please, just not them. Stop trying to drag us into your containment policies in Europe. Shouldn't they worry about the poverty in their country or the crumbling economy? Cameron came to beg for money for a proxy war instead. Piss off, mate, innit!

CBP officers seize stash of 22 weapons, magazines, and ammunition from car trying to cross border

Officers with US Customs and Border Protection seized a massive stash of weapons, magazines, and ammunition Saturday from a car attempting to cross the border between Texas and Mexico.

The seizure occurred when officers assigned to outbound operations at the Camino Real International Bridge identified a 2022 Dodge Ram 3500 that was headed to Mexico and selected it for inspection, according to a press release.

I'm curious to know why anyone would need to do this to begin with. As in, can't they buy guns here in the US? Anyway, more Biden policies in action. Drugs, guns and gangs are being imported at an astonishing rate and the FBI is lying about crime statistics.

Where is the outrage at Hamas? Emotional Antony Blinken asks why world anger is now directed at Israel and there's "deafening silence" on October 7

Secretary of State Antony Blinken delivered an emotional rebuke to critics of Israeli and US foreign policy, asking why their outrage was not directed at Hamas and the architects of the shocking Oct. 7 terrorist attack.

I would AGAIN like to help Tony out and provide an explanation for what should be common sense.

The reason is that while 1,139 Israelis (and foreigners too), including 764 civilians killed and 248 persons taken hostage is a horrible act of terrorism, massacring 34,000 people, most of whom were women and children who had nothing to do with it, is kinda worse, you see. Thousands of Palestinians also remain unaccounted for and are probably also dead. Shooting up hospitals didn't help either.

They are both bad, Tony my guy, it's just that one is way worse.

Stuff can be two things.

US funneled nearly $1 million to Hamas-linked charity that hosted terror leader's son

USAID gave more than $900,000 in taxpayer funds to the Bayader Association for Environment and Development, a humanitarian group based in the Gaza Strip that is said to be "in close cooperation with the Hamas regime," according to a report by the Middle East Forum's Focus on Western Islamism project. The United States awarded the most recent grant on October 1, six days before Hamas launched a terror attack on Israel.

Bayader is listed in federal spending data as a sub-grantee for USAID, with the government monies first routed through a sponsoring US nonprofit, which are ostensibly required to vet their sub-grantees.

Some time ago I said in chat that Hamas is probably sponsored by the US and was told I don't understand anything and am stupid. My absolute favorite "I know everything" argument is "open your eyes, MAAAAN!" There's no imagine smug enough...

I've no idea why anyone would think that a literal terrorist organization (yes, that's what they are) is looking out for the interests of anyone apart from themselves and their sponsors. More importantly, does that really make sense to you? Does the October 7 really make sense if Hamas wants "the best for the Palestinian people?" Whoever planned the attack MUST have known where it will lead and they did it anyway. And for what, exactly? What did Hamas achieve? They shot some civilians, took some more hostage and killed some unarmed IDF soldiers. Then they got slaughtered. As a result of this operation, Netanyahu had a great excuse for doing what he's doing. I don't claim to have all the answers, neither can I, but there are way too many things that smell way too fishy and now we have a trace of US money going to Hamas-linked organizations.

Alleged CIA officer, former FBI caught on camera admitting FBI agents attended J6: "We can put anyone in jail"

The source also disclosed techniques employed by intelligence agencies to weaken political opponents in the US.

The undercover journalist had secretly recorded a man named Gavin O'Blennis, a self-described "contracting officer" for the CIA and former FBI official, as shown on his LinkedIn page, discussing January 6th on a hidden camera, among other topics. However, even though he claims to be working for the CIA, his current position on LinkedIn says that he works for the US Department Of Homeland Security.

Sounds like another extremist conspiracy theory came true, not that we had any doubts. However it'll never get into the mainstream and the people who need to read all this the most never will. Neither will they ever realize what a disgusting, insider-trading witch Nancy Pelosi is and how she twists facts and lies. I'm preaching to the choir here, but hope dies last.

Russia's top investigative body accuses US senior officials and Hunter Biden-linked Burisma of terror attacks

Russia's highest investigative body announced on Tuesday that it has launched an official criminal probe into senior officials in the US and other NATO countries who are suspected of financing terrorism acts.

This isn't the first time Burisma Holdings has been accused of financing terrorism. Richard Abelson of the Gateway Pundit previously reported that Ukrainian court documents from April of 2022 reveal Burisma was linked to a $5,950,000 payment sent to the Ukrainian foreign intel service GUR. GUR chief General Kirill Budanov has previously claimed responsibility for assassinating high-profile Russians.

I want more information to come out before commenting on this. What we do know is that Ukraine has been a money-laundering machine for our officials and their degenerate sons for a long time.

When is the last time Congress accomplished anything for the American People?

The entire body is useless. They donโ€™t pass any meaningful legislation. All they do is pass spending bills, after the deadline, and launder our money.

Congressional โ€œoversightโ€ has proven to be worthless. We claim the US government has checks and balances, but the Executive Branch do whatever they want, without consequence, violate the Constitution, lie under oath, etc., and our Legislative Branch just write strongly worded memos and post on X like the rest of us. Hell, by the time they open a Congressional investigation, citizen journalists have already solved the puzzle months, if not years before Congress even started looking.

We could delete the Legislative Branch, and I donโ€™t think anyone would notice. Our country is run solely by the Executive. They simply disregard laws they donโ€™t want to follow, and never have to answer for it.

Democracy is an illusion. The Constitutional Republic is an illusion. This is an Oligarchy, ruled by unelected elites, who control all the puppets in Washington via money and blackmail.

Our system has failed, and it will require unprecedented action to solve it. Trump cannot rely on Congress to get anything done. If he gets back in the White House, he might have to be a little bit of a dictator to do what is necessary for the American People.

Biden's top foreign policy official "cancelled Cameron meeting"

Jake Sullivan, Biden's most senior foreign policy official, replaced the planned meeting with a phone call after "diary clashes" related to a visit from the Japanese prime minister.

So, Cameron's trip to the US went horribly. Jake Sullivan cancelling their meeting wasn't even the only failure Cameron went through.

The meeting with Donald Trump went nowhere. In fact, it looks like Trump didn't listen much at all. I don't know why Cameron thought that Trump, of all people, would be receptive to the British attempts at scheming. He has no reason to feel sympathetic towards the British.

But that's STILL not all! Speaker Mike Johnson straight up refused to meet Cameron completely. Maybe he had sushi planned with a mate, so he just COULD NOT meet, sorry!

There are articles now circulating in British media calling Cameron a diplomatic liability. I personally would call him a general liability to mankind.

Foreign terror groups including ISIS and Al-Qaida are renewing calls to attack America and using "mafia-like" tactics, warns FBI chief Christopher Wray

Wray was speaking at the American Bar Association luncheon when he made the warning while adding that the FBI is actively working to stop such attacks.

Foreign terrorists, including ISIS, al-Qaida and their adherents, have renewed calls for attacks against Jewish communities here in the United States and across the West in statements and propaganda. The foreign terrorist threat and the potential for a coordinated attack here in the homeland, like the ISIS-K attack we saw at the Russian Concert Hall a couple of weeks ago, is now increasingly concerning.

The director, a Trump appointee, named Russia, China, Iran and North Korea, as the biggest "bad actors" the US currently faces in the world.

Wray also also alleged that Russia was targeting "underwater cables" in order to destabilize worldwide communications.

He added that the Kremlin doesn't care if their operations impact the lives of civilians and that since Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, operatives "continue to target critical infrastructure" in the US.

What on Earth is he on about? When did Russia target underwater cables? Did I miss something? When did their operatives target critical infrastructure in the US? WHAT?

What an exciting article! You see, one would assume, judging by the title, that the article is about a terrorist threat facing our country. That's not the case. It's an article about "bad actors" (I hate that condescending tone) and about Russia being evil, doing things it never did. Our State Department, on the other hand, that's a whole other story! After that "Russia is planning to deploy nuclear weapons in space" article followed by Pentagon's announcement that they ACTUALLY want to deploy weapons in space, I expect the mirror opposite of whatever these people say.

So let me change what he said into what's probably the reality: we want to target underwater communications like we did the Nordstream pipelines and we will continue to sponsor terrorists to attack Russia.

The only mafia I see here is our government, the FBI and the CIA.

Ey Tony, that's a nice gas pipe you have, would be a shame if something happened to it.
