Hello,

We’re discontinuing our UK server location due to ongoing technical issues that cannot be resolved reliably. Because of this, the location will be shut down on 24 December 2025.

If you have active services in the UK location and want us to migrate your service to another one of our available locations, please open a support ticket before 24 December 2025.

If you prefer to move your data to another provider, you can do so at any time and no ticket is required.

Services that are not migrated or moved by the deadline will be suspended for 7 days. After that suspension period, any remaining services will be automatically migrated to our NL location to prevent data loss.

We are under heave DDoS Attacks on all locations but only BG and CH are affected. Please bear with us..

Incident Report 10.12.2025 UTC 5PM - 10:36PM

At approximately 5PM we were hit with a DDoS Attack in our Bulgaria location, this was quickly resolved by nullrouting the affected IP (yes harsh but our only choice without DDoS Protection)

Around 30 minutes later we were attacked again in our Switzerland location which affected the whole subnet, including the gateway. We were quickly to report this to our upstream who told us they couldnt do anything about it (also a reality that can happen). We then escalated this further by contacting their NOC directly aswell which surprisingly brought us a different response of them already working on filtering this. They also told us that not only were being ddosed but we also had servers ddosing from our network outside. This made no sense but we suspended all VMs anyways and to our surprise it actually got resolved when we found a VM not doing a lot of traffic since it was already limited but somehow crashing the whole ping even on the gateway. The VM stays suspended and all others are slowly being unsuspended.

We apologize deeply for this issue and will from now on better monitor this. We learned from this aswell ^^

Whole NL is down for unknown reason, our upstream is too and unreachable as of now

The reason was a 12TB DDoS Attack on our Infrastructure.

From 22:00 to 23:00 our upstream will perform an emergency maintenance on their core network.
