Trade setup: Following a Breakout from Channel Down, price was 2x rejected at $1.50 resistance, and dipped to $1.00 support. (set a price alert). It formed a bullish RSI divergence, whereby price made a Lower Low but RSI made a Higher Low, and we could see a brief bounce up from this level. Recently got a boost from announcement of scaling solutions

Trend: Downtrend across all time horizons (Short- Medium- and Long-Term).

Momentum is Bearish but inflecting. MACD Line is below MACD Signal Line and RSI is below 45 but momentum may have bottomed since MACD Histogram bars are rising, which suggests that momentum could be nearing another upswing.

OBV (On Balance Volume): is flat, indicating that volume on Up days is equal to volume on Down days. Hence, demand from buyers and supply from sellers are in equilibrium

Support and Resistance: Nearest Support Zone is $1.00. The nearest Resistance Zone is $1.50, then $2.00.

BTC analysis:

Trade setup: Trading in a Channel Down. Price bounced up from $35K support after getting very oversold (RSI was under 30) and reached $40K resistance. Momentum is fading again. Momentum (MACD) is fading again. Price needs to break back above $40K to break out of Channel Down patterns and begin a trend reversal.

Pattern: Price is trading in a Channel Down pattern. With emerging patterns, traders who believe the price is likely to remain within its channel can initiate trades when the price fluctuates within its channel trendlines. With complete patterns (i.e. a breakout) – initiate a trade when the price breaks through the channel’s trendlines, either on the upper or lower side. When this happens, the price can move rapidly in the direction of that breakout.

Momentum is Mixed as MACD Line is above MACD Signal Line (Bullish) but RSI < 45 (Bearish).

Trade setup: Dipped to near $10 support (also near 200-day MA), and momentum is inflecting bullish again (MACD Histogram rising). Could swing to $13 resistance and if it breaks above that, could resume uptrend to $17.50 next. (set a price alert). Recently . raised $150M from top notch VCs as it looks to become a hub of web3 development.
