We are excited to share the launch of AlterCOP 29, a two-week series filled with events, panels and workshops covering the sustainability topics of COP 29, fostering local and regional collaborations, keeping us all informed about the happenings at COP without travelling across the world.

AlterCOP 29 will run from 11 November to 22 November, every day from 1pm SGT to 10pm SGT @ Singapore Sustainability Academy.

For the past 3 months, over 50 volunteers have been working tirelessly to bring you insightful conversations, panel discussions, expert talks, workshops and masterclasses for those two weeks.

Please note that an Afternoon Pass only applies for Main Stage events from 1-7pm. An Evening Pass applies for the evening spotlight segment from 7pm-10pm. Please sign up for the appropriate passes to get access to the sessions of your choice.

2. Please arrive on time
AlterCOP 29 features a packed schedule that starts promptly at the time stated in the agenda, and takes place in an cosy setting at Singapore Sustainability Academy. To ensure the best experience for all, please arrive on time.

You may need an additional 5-10 minutes to navigate the mall in order to get to the venue due to waiting times for lifts, and navigation given ongoing renovation works in the mall. Please find attached the key directions to the venue.

3. Come prepared to learn

They'll share their experiences and insights, the key takeaways from Baku for the region, how local and regional efforts need to progress, and - most importantly - why it matters that we do.

Deep Time Walk is an experiential learning about nature, by nature & for nature, where you'll get to go back in time, to 4.6 billion years ago to learn about the birth of our planet.

Every 100m of this 4.6km tour, you'll be flying through 100 million years of the Earth's geological evolution.
