📌 "112 ኢትዮጵያውያንና የተለያዩ የውጭ ሀገር ዜግነት ያላቸው ተጠርጣሪዎች በቁጥጥር ሥር ውለዋል። "
📌 " የክሪፕቶ ከረንሲ መተግበሪያን በመጠቀም በሕገ ወጥ መንገድ የውጭ ምንዛሪን ሲያዘዋውሩ የነበሩ አካለት ላይ ርምጃ ተወስዷል። "
የብሔራዊ መረጃና ደኅንነት አገልግሎት (NISS) ፤ በተቀናጀ መንገድ ሕገ ወጥ የውጭ ምንዛሪ አሻጥሮችን ሲፈጽሙ ተደረሰባቸው ያላቸውን 112 ተጠርጣሪዎች በቁጥጥር ሥር መዋላቸውን ገለጸ።
የብሔራዊ መረጃና ደኅንነት አገልግሎት ፥ ከፋይናንስ ደኅንነት አገልግሎት፣ ከኢትዮጵያ ፌደራል ፖሊስ፣ ከክልል የፀጥታ አካላት ጋር በመሆን በሕብረተሰቡ ጥቆማ በፋይናንስ አሻጥር ላይ በተሰማሩ አካላት ላይ ስምሪት መደረጉን አመልክቷል።
በዚህም 112 ኢትዮጵያውያንና የተለያዩ የውጭ ሀገር ዜግነት ያላቸው ተጠርጣሪዎች በቁጥጥር ሥር መዋላቸው ገልጿል፡፡
ከሕገ ወጥ ተግባሩ ጋር ትስስር የነበራቸው 519 የባንክ አካውንቶች መታገዳቸውን የተለያዩ ኤግዚቢቶች መያዛቸውንም ጠቅሷል፡፡
° ሕገ ወጥ ሃዋላዎች ፣
° የገንዘብ ዝውውሮች፣
° የውጭ ምንዛሪ ስወራዎች ፣
° የግብር ስወራዎች፣
° ሕገ ወጥ ገንዘብን ሕጋዊ የማስመሰልና ሌሎች ተመሳሳይ ወንጀሎች በሀገር ኢኮኖሚ ላይ ከፍተኛ ጉዳት ሲያስከትሉ እንዲሁም አሸባሪዎችንና የታጠቁ ቡድኖችን ለመደገፍ ሲውሉ መቆየታቸውን አመልክቷል።
በተለይም ፦
- ሕገ ወጥ በሆኑ ዓለም አቀፍ የገንዘብ አስተላላፊ ድርጅቶች፣
- ሕገ ወጥ የውጭ ምንዛሪ ማስተላለፊያ መተግበሪያዎች፣
- የክሪፕቶ ከረንሲ መተግበሪያዎች፣
- ሕገ ወጥ የሃዋላ አዘዋዋሪዎችና ደላላዎች፣
- በወጪና ገቢ ንግድ ላይ አሻጥር የፈፀሙ አስመጪዎችና ላኪዎች እንዲሁም ሕጋዊ ንግድ ሳይኖራቸው በሕገ ወጥ ሃዋላ ላይ በመሰማራት ከፍተኛ ገንዘብ በማንቀሳቀስ በሀገር ኢኮኖሚ ላይ ከፍተኛ ጉዳት ባደረሱ አካላት የማያዳግም ሕጋዊ ርምጃ መወሰዱን ጠቁሟል።
በተለያዩ ዓለማት የሚገኙ ኢትዮጵያውያን የሚልኩት ከፍተኛ የውጭ ምንዛሪ ወደ ሀገር ውስጥ እንዳይገባ የብሔራዊ ባንክን መመሪያ በሚጥስ ሁኔታ በሀገር ኢኮኖሚ ላይ ከፍተኛ ጉዳት ሲያስከትሉ የቆዩ ሕጋዊ ፈቃዳቸው በፈጸሙት ተደጋጋሚ ጥፋት በኢትዮጵያ ብሔራዊ ባንክ የተሰረዘባቸው ዓለም አቀፍ የሃዋላ አስተላላፊዎችና ሕገ ወጥ የሃዋላ ድርጅቶችም ርምጃው እንደተወሰደባቸው አሳውቋል።
በተጨማሪም በሀገር ውስጥ ሕገ ወጥ የውጭ ምንዛሪ ማስተላለፊያ መተግበሪያዎችን በመጠቀም ሀብትን ከሀገር በማሸሽ ላይ ያሉ ድርጅቶች ባለቤቶችም በቁጥጥር ሥር እንደዋሉ አመልክቷል።
የብሔራዊ ባንክ ሕግን በሚጥስ ሁኔታና ያለምንም ፈቃድ የክሪፕቶ ከረንሲ መተግበሪያን በመጠቀም በሕገ ወጥ መንገድ የውጭ ምንዛሪን ሲያዘዋውሩ የነበሩ አካለት ላይም ርምጃ እንደተወሰደ ተቋሙ በመግለጫው ጠቅሷል።
