We are getting closer. A ceasefire has been proposed in the Middle East, and things are finally becoming clearer. Global tension is lowering, giving us more room to move toward one of our main goals — the salaries.
We have reflected on our last 5 delays. They were not created by us, but as mature individuals, we acknowledge our part in this — we announced dates, created expectations, and then disappointed everyone. Going forward, we will shift to a more general timeline approach, so that nothing happening behind the scenes, or on the global stage, creates unnecessary disappointment.
