🚨 BigONE Exchange Hacked — $27M Drained from Hot Wallets

🧾 Seychelles-registered crypto exchange BigONE has reported a security breach that led to a loss of $27 million from its hot wallets during the night of July 16.

Breakdown of losses:
- 120 BTC
- 350 ETH
- 1,800 SOL
- 8.54M USDT
- funds in 8 more tokens, including DOGE, SHIB, and CELR

🔍 The cause:
Hackers injected malicious code into the exchange’s backend infrastructure, enabling them to alter withdrawal logic. Fortunately, private keys were not compromised.

All losses will be fully covered from the exchange’s reserves, as BigONE says.
