March brings intense constellations. During these weeks, there is a Lunar Eclipse in Virgo and a Solar Eclipse in Aries. Another focus is on Neptune, which is now at the end of Pisces and will enter Aries for the first time at the end of the month. Aries' impulsive energy combined with the dissolving tendency of Neptune and Pisces could cause a lot of confusion. The quality of time calls for patiently dealing with reality.

THE CURRENT QUALITY OF TIME

Right at the beginning of the month, on March 2, Venus turns retrograde (and remains so until April 13). At the same time, the Sun in Pisces squares Jupiter in Gemini. Mercury, ruler of Gemini, is in exact conjunction with Neptune at the very end of the Pisces sign. On March 3, Mercury enters Aries. The many words and opinions expressed during these days contradict the unclear factual situation. When making important decisions, wait until you have received all the information. Conflict situations in private or professional partnerships require patience, tact, and open and honest communication.
On March 8, the Pisces Sun trines Mars in Cancer. If relationship problems and disputes have arisen in the last few days, this is a fine opportunity for reconciliation. On March 11, Mercury and Venus conjoin in Aries, as do the Sun and Saturn in Pisces on the 12th. It is a good time for a spiritual retreat or to withdraw and become aware of your genuine needs.

Two days later, on March 14, there will be a Full Moon in Virgo, combined with a Lunar Eclipse. Saturn, the Sun, Neptune, and the Moon's Node are in wide conjunction in the last third of Pisces. The task is to let things happen consciously and endure the tension between chaos and order. The challenge is recognizing what needs attention and what you can let go.
Uranus in Taurus is also part of the Full Moon constellation, forming a sextile to the Sun and a trine to the Moon. We can expect surprising developments, especially in the areas of money, possessions, the environment, and natural resources. Some people are now struggling with a lack of energy. These events could also keep us busy for quite some time, providing a taste of what the Saturn-Neptune conjunction in Aries might bring in mid-July.

On March 15, Mercury begins its retrograde phase, which lasts until April 7. Be careful to sign contracts and make other vital agreements only after meticulous scrutiny during this time. On March 20, the Sun enters Aries – it is the equinox, the astrological beginning of the year. A few hours before the entry, the Sun is in exact conjunction with Neptune on the last degree of Pisces. The powerful impulse of a new beginning in the annual cycle has an elusive quality, which can go from quite confusing to mystically charged. During this time, pay particular attention to your innermost impulses and manifest them in harmony with external events. The spontaneous and life-affirming Aries quality could now also experience an update in your life.
On March 23, the Sun conjoins Venus, and one day later, Mercury. Pluto is also involved with a sextile. Your mood brightens, and you almost forget last week's low energy level. You can now use the available energy for active participation. On March 27, Venus moves back to Pisces and meets Neptune. Some people may feel somewhat thin-skinned or encounter strong romantic feelings. The deep longing allows mystical experiences.

The last days of the month are marked by the Aries New Moon on March 29, combined with a Solar Eclipse. The day after that, Neptune enters Aries. At the same time, Mercury returns to Pisces. The quality of time is highly contradictory, with considerable potential for conflict. Forward-looking Aries contrasts with the tendency toward dissolution with Pisces and Neptune.
On one level, it is a good time to take decisive action and create facts. However, the consequences are difficult to predict and may not be pleasant for everyone.

Be aware of your intentions and act from pure motives. Impatience and rash actions can cause a lot of damage now. It could also be difficult to classify and fully understand what is happening.

Neptune's position in the zodiac, among other things, provides clues to the zeitgeist and the prevailing ideal. During the years of its stay in Pisces (from 2012 to 2025), this often revolved around the relationship between the individual and the collective, recognizable, among other things, in social media, where one of the most important criteria for success and quality is the number of followers – the more, the better. Neptune in Aries could now increasingly refocus attention on individual behavior, on one's achievements, independence, and personal "heroism".

Johfra Bosschart was all about the details and loved to embed meaning wherever possible.
As an example, in his painting for Pisces, the cord that connects the fish has twelve dots of light on it. No doubt, these lights represent the twelve signs of the zodiac with Pisces being the twelfth and final one. It's worth noting that the cord is purple, which is a combination of red and blue, the colors of the two fish. I think these little details are worth further exploration.
The red and blue color combination reminds me of the phenomenon known as the Doppler Effect, or what's sometimes referred to as
"redshift". The term comes from the discovery that when an object moves away from an observer, its color shifts toward red and when moving closer, it shifts toward blue.
This change in color isn't noticeable to the naked eye but can be detected by instruments sensitive to light waves.
If one fish is red and the other is blue, it can be interpreted that one fish is "departing" while the other is "returning".
Interestingly, redshift is often discussed in relation to the torus field because one side is projecting while the other receives. I've posted about the toroidal nature of the Pisces glyph and the zodiac as a whole. The symbolic value of red and blue is worth further unpacking but is beyond the scope of this post.

Symbolic studies discusses alternative names for Pisces that have been used in history. I would suggest that a lot of these terms are possibly used with in scripture to code what is being written. The narrative of the doctrine are its cloak, the uninstructed look only at the garment that is upon the narrative of the doctrine, more they know not the instructed however see not merely the cloak but what the cloak covers.
