Alternate nostril breathing was a technique that I learnt in yoga probably 15 years ago, but it wasn’t until Benjamin Carter of @TheDivine52Intervention talked about it a few months ago that I started practising again and I can honestly say that this is been one of the most beneficial things that I’ve put into my daily routine, the balancing of the two energies within us the Eda and the Pin-gala, the pituitary and the pineal gland,
the feminine and the masculine.

I would like to shear this PDF that i've put together with the help from what i've learned listening to Charlie, Santos and Josh X, plus other people within the Freak Family posting stuff about the association between our numbers and letters and there true meanings, I maybe a litte bit off or wrong with some of it and if anyone picks up on a mistake please message me so i can amend it, but until we have Charlies Book on this subject (we all know how busy he is) this may help .

On my rising walk today as I stopped to say hello to the trees I stood there and contemplated as I watched the rain drops in the river , and it came to me that the ripples in the water are like a allegory for us and our vibrations and energy on this earthly plane , small drops, bigger drops all radiating out and intermingling with each other, the bigger drops over power the smaller ones changing their vibrations, as we do the work more and more we become bigger drops with a stronger vibration of love for our fellow man and especially in God , And in this way we can help change the world 🙏❤️
