Wowowow!! So we start out the show with a phenomenal presentation from Tom Flaherty of his new channel @AllIsATom with a flowing conversation about this realm we inhabit and the wonder within it. This flowed into an expansive conversation with ReKnow of @reknowing and Darth Phaedrus of @DarthPhaedrus_DarktoLight on this creation and the natural mechanisms to ensure harmonizing before expansion. And then! Charlie Freak came blasting onto the scene with more out of this world gnosis on the fact that the ideas of "space" that we've been taught aren't real physically, but they very powerfully exist metaphysically and the only access is within. But as there is a righteous requirement to gain entry to this astral "space", we all get to go there and we will only ever see other beautifully kind souls there... Pair this with a great question on Willy Wonka and answer from Charlie on this fantastic allegory of this ascension journey within. Here is a Charlie and the chocolate factory clip that I love , he makes reference to 2 nasty children gone 3 good children left, in alchemy when it is 5 it’s about the 5 planets / wandering stars, 2 nasty Mars and Satan, 3 good Mercury, Venus, Jupiter. But more importantly is the quote at the end of this scene “we are the music makers and we are the dreamers of dreams” we are all one in this universe and when we sing the one song by raising our vibration and energy we can make our dreams come true.

Alternate nostril breathing was a technique that I learnt in yoga probably 15 years ago, but it wasn’t until Benjamin Carter of @TheDivine52Intervention talked about it a few months ago that I started practising again and I can honestly say that this is been one of the most beneficial things that I’ve put into my daily routine, the balancing of the two energies within us the Eda and the Pin-gala, the pituitary and the pineal gland,
the feminine and the masculine.

I would like to shear this PDF that i've put together with the help from what i've learned listening to Charlie, Santos and Josh X, plus other people within the Freak Family posting stuff about the association between our numbers and letters and there true meanings, I maybe a litte bit off or wrong with some of it and if anyone picks up on a mistake please message me so i can amend it, but until we have Charlies Book on this subject (we all know how busy he is) this may help .
