Today is 100 days since I started my juice fast, I will brake it today with a smoothie of mango and banana, I was roughly 88kg 194lb at the start I’m now 80kg 176lb , I feel like I have a lot more cleaning and cleansing of the body to be done and I intend to do another long juice fast next year. I had only ever done 3 and 6 day fasting before this 99 days which I started out just aiming for 45 days but as I progressed and through the support and encouragement of everyone in the @“HIAF” Healing is a Feeling!
