Explosion at the Police College in Nazran

According to official data, on June 26, around 3 a.m., an explosion occurred near the entrance to the North Caucasian Police College in Nazran. The tile and advertising banner were destroyed, but there were no casualties. The Ministry of Internal Affairs and investigators are already searching for those involved.

Volunteers who are denied communication and kept in isolation cells against the law, have been on a hunger strike for 18 days - demanding respect for their legal rights to communication, common rooms, and walking outdoors.

Details became known thanks to the arrival of one of the volunteers' wife at the camp together with a lawyer. They managed to talk to one of the fighters. What became known:

The volunteers are kept in isolation, they are allowed to walk for 15 minutes a day.

During the hunger strike, a representative of the Voznesensk Prosecutor's Office of the Mykolaiv region came to the volunteers with a proposal: they give him a phone, and in return, they write a waiver of claims to the migrant camp.

Due to the hunger strike, the volunteers have health complications, and the camp's warden, Tereshchuk, has forbidden local medics from helping the volunteers.

People who fought for Ukraine, with confirmed injuries - are now being tortured by the camp administration in the face of Tereshchuk. He thus tries to make them sign a waiver of claims against him.

The volunteers were able to send their letters detailing what is happening to them. One of them was published by a representative of the Oirat-Kalmyk National Congress, Vladimir Dovdanov. Volunteers ask journalists to visit the camp where they are held and take interviews from them to restore their rights.

Part of Ukraine demands the immediate restoration of the volunteers' legal rights to communication and the opportunity to breathe fresh air. And the illegal actions and torture against the volunteers by Tereshchuk - must be investigated in accordance with the criminal law of Ukraine

During the meeting, the cooperation on issues of the cultural heritage of Greater Bulgaria, strengthening ties with the Bulgarian state and legal support for the citizens of Volga Bulgaria in Bulgaria were discussed.

The Chuvash are direct descendants of the Volga Bulgars, the only inheritors of the language of Greater Bulgaria. The Danube Bulgarians are another branch of the heritage of Greater Bulgaria.

The Coalition Memorandum stated that all conflicts between the organization's participants, as well as territorial disputes between future states, will be resolved in Arbitration courts.

For the organization of an independent judicial system, an Association of Arbitration Courts is being formed. The signing of the founding memorandum will take place on November 7 with the participation of Coalition Convention representatives. The press conference will be held in Kiev at 14:00 and will be available online.

Thanks to the joint efforts of volunteers, the legal department of the Coalition, bloggers, and the wives of volunteers - we managed to secure the release of 5 LSR/Nomad fighters - who were held in the Nikolaev migration prison

Among them is Shaman - who was arrested with 3 Nomad fighters: Metallist, Comanche and Fima for “illegal stay in Ukraine”, after the LSR terminated the contract with them and sent them to the migration camp with bags on their heads. Vit - a former LSR fighter, was arrested because he could not fight with a wound.

All five were released. The court decision to expel Vit was canceled back in October. And Shaman, Fima, Comanche, Metallist - were released on November 12.

At the moment, under the arrest of the LSR, are: Blansh, TT, Loki. Their friend Joker was abducted without a trace a day before his friends were arrested. However, since their arrest was not carried out by a legal authority, there are no court decisions to appeal.

The Legal Department of the Coalition will continue to fight for their release and protect the rights of volunteers

The Coalition Convention has sent an Open Letter to the PACE

PACE deputies, October 2025: created a "dialogue platform" only with the Russian opposition in exile.
Loud goals are declared - "democratization of Russia" and "sustainable peace in Ukraine".
But this is the institutionalization of imperial domination under the guise of "democracy"!
We, the representatives of the colonized peoples, declare:
❌ Tens of indigenous peoples are being ignored, who for centuries have been subjected to genocide, assimilation and ethnocide by Moscow.
❌ Platform = monopoly of Russian emigrants, reproducing the myth "Russia = Russians".
❌ "Good Russians" do not destroy the empire - they want to reformat it, maintaining centralized dominance.
❌ Violation of the principles of the Council of Europe: victims of colonialism - we, not Russian democrats.
🔥 Our demands:
Abolish the monopoly of the Russian opposition on the platform.
Create a separate independent platform for colonized peoples.
Recognize the right to self-determination and independent existence.
Ensure equal access to visas, finances, organizations - not only to Russians, but also to us.
Exclude imperial discourse from future resolutions.

The Coalition Security Department states:

The representative of the Tatar independence movement, a member of the Coalition, is accused of working for the FSB by the authors of the "Independent Tatarstan" channel

Our department contacted the security services of Ukraine to clarify the issue. We found out that Ilshat successfully passed checks by Ukrainian special services and did not work for the FSB.

As for the authors of the "Independent Tatarstan" channel - its members include Dmitry Kuznetsov, who was found guilty of fraud and embezzlement of funds from the Karelian volunteers of the Nord division. Since the authors of this channel have a proven reputation of fraudsters, they cannot be trusted.

The Coalition Security Department does not have information on the verification of Rafis Kashapov for cooperation with the FSB.
