12,707 years. That’s a lot of time spent learning. But more importantly, it’s proof of something bigger: people choosing themselves.

Choosing growth. Choosing change. Choosing a future they believe in.

A big thank you to all of you for showing the world what’s possible when learning becomes a habit.

Same word. Same meaning. Different spelling depending on which side of the world you drink your tea.

“Organise” is British English.
“Organize” is American English.

If tiny differences like these trip you up, don’t worry. They confuse plenty of fluent speakers too.

If you picked “New year, new beginnings.”, you're right! Here’s why:

When you're talking about the idea of a new year (not the holiday itself), you only capitalise “New” if it starts the sentence. Everything else stays lowercase. It’s a tiny detail, but it makes your message look polished.

#AlisonGraduates | Meet Faith, who, between studying radiography, freelancing, and building a digital marketing career, also used our free courses to support the future she’s working towards.

For Faith, each course wasn’t just another Certificate earned. It was a way of showing up for herself, strengthening her skills, and proving she could keep growing, even on the days it didn't feel easy.

Here are some of the free courses she completed to stack up her skills:

➡️ Public Speaking
➡️ Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL)
➡️ Basic Concepts of Digital Marketing
➡️ Diploma in English – C1 Level

Where you're born, what your family could afford, the schools you did or didn't go to – those things might shape us, but they don't have to set the limit on our potential.

Free education gives people a way to step outside that story and build a new one, on their own terms and in their own time.

That’s the vision our global team works towards every day: free learning, so that anyone, anywhere can keep empowering themselves.

If your first phone survived a few dramatic drops and still made it to work with you, there’s a good chance you’re now leading people who grew up on touchscreens and TikTok.

Gen Z brings different expectations around feedback, flexibility, and purpose at work. Our free 'Managing Gen Z in the Workplace' course breaks that down, so that you can lead mixed-age teams without feeling out of the loop.

Most of us don't suddenly “feel confident” one day. It grows every time you learn something new, practise a skill, or finally see what you're capable of.

That’s why we offer free courses, assessments, and career tools, so that you can feel more prepared in work and life.

So here’s to choosing skills over self-doubt. And you'll find plenty of ways to help you do that here - https://tinyurl.com/4kpvc56c
