Yana topshirmoqchiman ikki yildan soʻng. Ikki yilni ichida zoʻr qilishim kerak writingimni PhD da application process da ajralib turish uchun.

🌟 Behind the Scenes of an Inspiring Project 🌟

Hey everyone! Assalomu alaykum qadrdonlar!👋

I’m so excited to share something close to my heart—a project called "Youth Towards Leadership - 2024" I worked on with the amazing C5+1 team members and the incredible Nahida Qasimi! It’s been a journey of hard work, learning, and unforgettable moments.

Before diving into the videos (I’ll be uploading, stay tuned!), here’s a little behind-the-scenes of what went into making this happen: (please see the next post)

📋 What We Did Before the Project:

1️⃣ Understanding the "Why":

We started by identifying the purpose and impact we wanted to achieve. Every detail was carefully thought out to make sure it truly mattered.

2️⃣ Planning Like Pros:

We created a step-by-step action plan, made to-do lists, and divided roles. Believe me, teamwork makes all the difference! And we chose Central Asian University in Naryn to implement this project!

3️⃣ Gathering Resources:

Whether it was brainstorming ideas, sourcing materials, or asking for community support, we left no stone unturned.

4️⃣ Test Runs & Adjustments:

Some things worked perfectly, while others? Not so much. But that’s the beauty of it—we learned and adapted as we went.

During the first half of our project day, we began with the registration of all participating students. To ensure everything went smoothly, we arrived at UCA one hour before the event's start to double-check every detail and make sure we were fully prepared.

The event kicked off with opening remarks by Alumni Coordinator Dilshod Norov, who shared insights about the C5+1 Youth Council (YC) and his personal journey within the council. His speech set an inspiring tone for the day, highlighting the value of collaboration and impactful initiatives.

Following this, Nahida Qasimi and I, Alim Daliev, took the stage for a brief 5-minute speech. We reflected on our experiences in the Youth Council, sharing stories of the projects we have implemented and those we contributed to as part of a passionate team. It was an incredible opportunity to connect with the audience and demonstrate the transformative power of teamwork and dedication.

Following the welcoming remarks, we were honored to have an expert-led session by the incredible Dr. Angelina Popova from Bulgaria. Dr. Popova is a distinguished co-chair of the Curriculum Pillar for Sustainable UCA, a key innovator in education at AUCA, and the founding director of the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Technology.

Her session focused on "The Role of Education in Achieving SDG Goals in Central Asia", offering profound insights and thought-provoking perspectives. Dr. Popova highlighted the transformative power of education in addressing global challenges and fostering sustainable development in our region.

Before the start of the second expert session, we organized a team-building activity and energizing games to refresh and motivate our participants. The session lasted for about 15-20 minutes, and the participants had a blast playing several fun and interactive games!

Here’s the fun part—can you guess the name of the game they’re playing in the video? Take a wild guess and leave your answer in the comments! 🤔🎮
After the energizing team-building session, we were excited to welcome Dr. Nurgul Tilenbaeva for our second expert session. Dr. Tilenbaeva, an esteemed Associate Professor in the Department of Economics at AUCA, led an insightful session on "Economic Development, Poverty in Naryn, and Prospective Policies."

As my professor, she has always been a great source of knowledge and inspiration. Her expertise in Macroeconomics, Economic Development, and Advanced Econometrics shines through in her engaging presentations.

During the session, Dr. Tilenbaeva provided valuable analysis of the current economic challenges faced by Naryn, while also exploring potential policies to foster sustainable development in the region. It was an enlightening discussion that gave participants a deeper understanding of the complex economic issues impacting local communities and how thoughtful policies can lead to meaningful change.
After Dr. Nurgul Tilenbaeva's enlightening session, we took a well-deserved lunch break, giving everyone a chance to recharge before diving into our third expert session of the day.

This session was led by the incredible Baktygul Stakeeva, a passionate environmentalist with extensive experience in climate change and air pollution. She has worked with various government bodies, academic institutions, and national (MoveGreen) and international organizations. Baktygul shared her deep knowledge of pressing environmental challenges and inspired us all to think about sustainable solutions for our future. It was a fascinating and impactful discussion!

Following the session, we gathered for a group photo, captured by the talented Ali Sina Jawid—who also took all the amazing videos you’ll be seeing from the event! 📸

The day wrapped up with a dinner and an engaging small talk with the participants!
Keyingi safar ikkinchi kun qanday oʻtganligi haqida aytib beraman nasib boʻlsa😄

Oʻzinga behisob shukrlar boʻlsin, Robbim 🤍
