⚪️ THE FEAR OF SHIRK ⚫️
Every instance of shirk in Tawhid al-ilahiyah and al-' ibadah negates Tawhid. And this shirk is two types: The blatant major shirk, and the subtle minor shirk.
Major Shirk:
It is to make a rival to Allaah that is called upon as Allaah is called upon, or to fear him, or hope him, or love him, as Allaah is loved, or to render a type of worship to him. This is the shirk which does not leave its practitioner with any tawhid at all , this is the mushrik that Allaah has forbidden from paradise, and his abode is the Fire.
It doesn't matter whether the worship rendered to other than Allaah is called worship or "tawassul" (Seeeking a means of nearness to Allaah), or even if it is given a name other than these. All of that is major shirk, because what is important is the reality of the thing and its implication, not the word or expression used to describe it.
Minor Shirk:
This is the saying or action which leads to shirk, like aggrandizing creatures in a way that does not quite reach the level of worship.
Like, for example, making an oath by other than Allaah, or behaving for show, etc
Since shirk negates tawhid and necessitates eternal damnation in the Fire, and when it is the major type it makes Paradise unlawful, and since bliss cannot be achieved except by escaping from it, then it is necessary for the worshipper to duly fear it , to hurry in escape from it- its every path, means and cause- and to ask Allaah to protect him from it as was the habit of the prophets, the purified, and the best of creatures.
The worshipper must struggle to increase and strengthen the sincerity in his heart, and this is done by completely devoting oneself to Allaah- being subjugated, repentant, fearful, hopeful, obedient, seeking His satisfaction and rewards in all that he does without neglecting this in any matter, open or hidden.
True sincerity inherently repels both major and minor shirk, but whenever a type of shirk is present it will weaken one's sincerity.

Precedence to the most knowledgeable even if young
ـــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــــ
Did the Salaf of this Ummah used to give precedence to the most
knowledgeable even if was the youngest of them ?
"Indeed from the signs of the Hour is that knowledge will be taken
from the younger/lesser ones." [Reported by at-Tabaraanee in al-Kabeer
(22/362), and declared authentic by al-Albaanee in as-Saheehah (695)
and Saheeh al-Jaami' (2207)]
Does the hadith below explains the hadith above?
'Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-'As said, "I heard the Messenger of Allah,
may Allah bless him and grant him peace, say, 'Allah will not take away
knowledge from His servants, but knowledge will be taken away as the
men of knowledge are taken away until there is not a single man of
knowledge left. Then people will take ignorant men for their leaders
who will be asked something and give a fatwa (decision) without any
knowledge. They will go astray and lead others astray.' "
al-Bukhaari: the book of knowledge (English)
Ash-Shaykh Abu Bakr Ibn Zayd, may Allah have mercy upon him, said:
"...Al-Imaam Abdullah bin Mubaarak was asked who are the asaagir (the
lesser ones), so he said those who speak with their opinions (only),
as for the one is sageer (lesser one) who narrates on the kabeer (the
major one) then he is not sageer (meaning the one who clings to the
texts of the Quraan and Sunnah is kabeer and the one who falls under
asaagir are those who speak with no proofs of the Quran and Sunnah).
He ,may Allah have mercy upon him, also said:
"Some of the scholars have said: verily the sageer who is mentioned in
the hadeeth of Umar (stated above) and that which is similar to it
from the hadeeths , it is only intended by it the one who gives
religious verdicts while he possess no knowledge and that the kabeer
is the scholars no matter how old he is and they said " the ignorant
one is the sageer even if he is a old man and the scholar is kabeer
(major one) even if he is a young man…"
He, may Allah have mercy upon him, also said:
" From that which indicates that the asaagir are those who possess no
knowledge that which was mentioned by AbdurRazaaq and other than him
on Ma'mar on Zuhree where he said" the council meetings of Umar use to
contain of learned reciters of youth and old men and perhaps he even
consulted them (the youth) and he ( Umar bin Khataab) would say" let
not the youngness of one of you prevent you from pointing out what he
sees (as a opinion) for verily knowledge is not based upon the
youngness or the oldness of an individual but rather Allah places it
where he wills"
Ash-Shaykh Abu Bakr Ibn Zayd, may Allah have mercy upon him, said
quoting on some of the scholars:
"… The young one is the one who did not complete the affair (of
knowledge) yet even though he may have reached the age of eighty"
Reference: at-Taa'lam.
Al-Imaam Ibrahim an-Naka'i, may Allah have mercy upon him, said:
"Whoever says "Allah says and the messenger says"he is kabeer"
Al-Manaawee, may Allah have mercy upon him, said when mentioning some
of the meanings of a similar hadeeth"
"…What is intended those who possess a (great) portion of knowledge
even if he is young in age so it becomes waajib to honor him in order
to preserve the blessedness of that which Allah has given him …"
Ash-Shihaab, may Allah have mercy upon him , said:
"… It is possible that the kabeer be in knowledge or in deen
(uprightness ) so he is to be given precedence over who is more older
than him in age"
Faydh al-qadeer (3/220).
Al-Imaam adh-Dhahabee, may Allah have mercy upon him, said:
" Our Shaykh , the Imaam, Shaykhul Islaam ,…gave religious verdicts
and was a teacher while he was approximately twenty years old and
authored many books and became from the kibaarul Ulemaa while his
shuyookh (teachers) were alive…"
ash-Shahaadatuz Zakiyyah print Ibn Abbaas.

The brother Abdul Hakeem Ibn Raabih Al Jazaaeri wrote in his book Fathul Azeezul Hakeem in regards to the rulings of reciting the Quran Al Kareem on page 11:
" Indeed the brother AbdulHakeem Al Amreekie As Salafi may Allah preserve him informed me that some of the brothers said to him (one who used to be a student of knowledge in Dammaj and then deviated and we seek refuge with Allah)
'There is no way to mastering the Quran with tajweed except by sitting with the innovators'
So the brother Abdul Hakeem said to him 'That I die and I am not proficient with the Qur'an upon the correct Aqeedah is more beloved to me than that I sit with an innovator"
