This is a powerful formula for self-healing, as long as we acknowledge there is always a shadow operative — and often the brighter, more in touch with the light we are, the more obscured it becomes. So, reach for the stars, aspire to see and become the best version of yourself, but know that there are generations of stuff to be excavated and transformed operating within the recesses of our subconscious, as well. In other words, light work and shadow work are the same thing.
