ZachXBT has released a new investigation into threat actor Dritan Kapllani, accusing him of stealing over $19 million through social engineering attacks.
ZachXBT accused Dritan of involvement in a 185 BTC social engineering theft that occurred in March 2026, stating that he directly received $5.3 million from the theft and was a co-conspirator in the attack.
The victim of the 185 BTC theft filed a criminal complaint yesterday, and Dritan’s friend, Trenton Johnson is now facing up to 40 years in federal prison, while Dritan himself hasn't been formally charged yet.

A Chinese investor @fugui, who lost a rare NFT, says GetGems clearly stated that it would not provide compensation and only offered some “support.” According to him, GetGems also shifted the blame onto @fugui, claiming he failed to verify the authenticity of the offers before accepting them.

The victim had reportedly arranged a meeting with an exchanger in a building parking lot when three men approached him. One of the suspects threatened him with a pistol held to his head, while another grabbed the bag containing the money and all three robbers fled the scene.
