ive been hard at work processing this fruit filled my small fermenters with the grapes, filled up two fermenters with all the plums to make slivovitz, filled one fermenter just with those red apples and another one with the yellow pears and one box of those…
Everything has been processed
The left two jars are filled with just under 2 liters, the right one with just over 2 liters
I also have some 16 liters of apple cider and 13 liters of white (or rather, pink) wine that have to age for a while before i can assess whether its good enough to keep
Ive also collected the feints from all these distillations, so ill make a mixed fruit brandy out of that in the near future
