4L of neutral alcohol have been produced, my refractometer only goes up to 80% and i was too lazy to grab my alcometer so i just know its quite a bit above 80%

With that ill be able to make gin one of these days

52 liters of wort with a potential abv of around 8%

holy shit this stuff is fermenting like crazy, the airlocks are bubbling away like theres no tomorrow
seems like the yeast is really happy with this wort, relocated it to the basement to slow down the fermentation a bit and let it build some more esters throughout the week, but itll definitely be fermented out by next weekend if it goes on like this
